Coffee should be free
Pros:

It was within walking distance to stores, cafes and museums. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. Nice neighborhood.

Cons:

They charged us 2.50 euros for our morning coffees. We stayed there 6 nights and we're only given 1 free coffee each. The owners are being petty and cheap. We were insulted about that. Get a less expensive coffee maker. Guests should receive 1 free morning coffee for each night they stay there.

Sono stata molto contenta di avere alloggiato qui e consiglierò la struttura ad amici.
Pros:

Camera spaziosa e luminosa (con due belle finestre), silenziosa, letto confortevole.
Ottimi prodotti per il bagno.
Bagno spazioso e moderno.

Cons:

Non c'era l'aria condizionata (ma lo sapevo), ma un ventilatore, comunque la temperatura non era particolarmente elevata, per fortuna.

Pros:

Veldig sentralt og hyggelig hotell, rent og ordentlig. Fint med kaffe og te på rommet. Hyggelig personale.

Cons:

Ingen frokost, og vi hadde ikke tilgang til en terrasse som andre hotellgjester hadde tilgang til.

Pros:

O atendimento e a localização excelente. Fica pertinho do metro.

Cons:

Não tem ar condicionado no quarto, então senti um pouco de calor.

The hotel was beyond our expectations...
Pros:

Very spacious room that was not just clean but well decorated. Staff were courteous and the hotel was about 5 minutes walk from the tram stop. Overall very happy with the decision I made.

Cons:

The noise insulation between the rooms needs to be improved. Could hear the residents of the next room opening sn closing their doors as well as whenever they take a shower.
