jammer dat slechts enkele medewerkers Nederlands spreken bij in en uitchecken

Er was één iemand die het aan het leren was en het ook goed kan

de parking,Heineken parking, blijkt niet veilig, er is ingebroken in onze auto ( zijruit kapot geslagen )

Best experience and would like to come again. Highly recommend for family and couples
Pros:

Hotel Location Excellent. Beautiful Street and Very close to Metro, Tram just 3 Min walk. The location was an excellent and you can walk, move around within 10 minutes. All major attraction are just next stop if you want to use Metro. Hotel gave us discount card for parking which save 75% parking

Great location and clean, however no airconditioner in the room and elevator is tiny.
Pros:

Location and clean bedding. We also liked that there was a safe in the room.

Cons:

No airconditioner in the room which was too small; no fridge; elevator was uncomfortably small for 2 people without luggage; we had a twin room with supposedly 2 twin beds, however the twin beds were side by side with no space in between - like a king size bed.

Pros:

Location near metro and tram lines. Quite street. Near nice places to eat, markets and shops.
Lobby/ downstairs space was warm and welcoming. Nice coffee water and snacks plus space to relax after a day exploring.

Cons:

Lift is tiny but in okd building hard to fit.
Stairs like most in Amsterdam are more like going up and down a ladder.
