Pros:

Είχαν καθαριότητα στο δωμάτιο κάθε μέρα. Η τοποθεσία είναι άψογη και βολεύει για τα πάντα! Το πρωινό πολύ καλό με αρκετά πράγματα. Τα κρεβάτια και τα μαξιλάρια ήταν πολύ άνετα!

Fiyat fayda/maliyet kriterini karşılayan bir otel.Kısa süreli konaklama için ideal
Pros:

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi.İstediğim yere yürüyerek kolayca gidebiliyordum.Eğer otobüs kullanmam gerekirse de,durak hemen otel çıkışının önündeydi.Tek yataklı oda tutmama rağmen,kendileri çift kişilik oda verdiler.Personelin hepsi güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi.

Cons:

Odanın içinde çöp kutusu yoktu.Kat olarak -1'de olduğum için güneş görmüyordu,karanlıktı.Odanın içinde kasa vardı ama kasa çalışmıyordu.Odanın içinde buzdolabı yoktu. Çift kişilik yatak verdik size dediler ama 2 tane tek kişilik yatağı birleştirmişlerdi.

Pros:

The deal with the staff and i didn't like my room but they gave me the refund.

Cons:

The city center hotels in amesterdam is not comfortable . My room was too small .... many small stair steps with no elevator .

Nice hotel in historic building, great location
Pros:

Lovely location , lovely receptionist upon arrival great customer care skills as too was the night porter.
Room was nice and large , very comfy bed , nice bathroom , nice breakfast

Cons:

Breakfast coffee machine was not working , rude room cleaner that was not happy that she could not gain access to clean our room ( could benifit from a refresher customer care skills course. Also bathroom showed signs of mound around the bath ( needs urgent attention )
Only 1 x lift ( very small)
