Pros:

Hotel is very well located for the train station and all of the major sights

Room was very small and ceilings low (I am average height and had to stoop to avoid hitting my head on the beams.

Haartrockner war defekt. Ersatzgerät erhalten, aber defekter Föhn wurde nicht ersetzt! Bodysoap aus dem Verteiler hat nicht funktioniert, konnte nicht rrpariert werden!

Comfortable, safe and great location & friendly staff.
Pros:

Good location -very central and short walk from the station.

Cons:

Only small issue was only 2 coat hangers & breakfast didn’t officially start until 7.30, although things were ready a bit earlier. This could be an issue for business travellers & also for those needing to make an early start.

Great for a few nights In Amsterdam. 10 minute walk from central station. Rooms good size. Breakfast included which is a bonus. Clean, tidy and staff welcoming. Kettle in room, towels and toiletries provided.

Love the free continental breakfast definitely set us up for the day heat location and very friendly staff

It was very central and only ten minutes from Amsterdam central train station it was clean and the staff were excellent would definitely recommend this place to my friends and will definitely be back next year

Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e simpatia, Lo staff ci ha aiutato molto per un piccolo intoppo.
Pros:

La camera che co è stata assegnata era comoda, pulita e ben riscaldata. Unica pecca era che la finestra dava direttamente nella stanza in cui gli avventori consumavano la colazione, per cui era necessario tenere i tendoni chiusi praticamente tutto il giorno. Ma non è stato un problema.
