la habitación era amplia para 3 personas, las camas cómodas, no tanto las almohadas. buena iluminación natural, se echa de menos poder apagar la luz desde la cama o tener una luz auxiliar de mesilla. El baño adecuado de tamaño. Había cafetera con café de cortesía. Caja fuerte, frigorífico y secador

Ottima posizione e personale gentilissimo, ma la pulizia lascia decisamente a desiderare.
Pros:

Sicuramente uno dei punti di forza è la posizione, davvero comoda e strategica, che permette di muoversi facilmente e raggiungere le principali attrazioni senza difficoltà. Un altro aspetto molto positivo è la gentilezza del personale: tutti si sono dimostrati disponibili, cordiali e pronti ad aiutare in ogni situazione.

Cons:

Purtroppo però la pulizia è un aspetto che andrebbe decisamente migliorato. Durante il soggiorno ho notato diverse cose che non erano curate come ci si aspetterebbe, e questo ha inciso sull’esperienza complessiva.

Cons:

The stairs of the hotel is bit deep and requires an extra attention. Room for one person is indeed small. I get the one without a desk, but it has other necessary things.

Sesto piano senza ascensore non segnalato, con scale ripidissime.
Materassi scomodi.
No servizio di pulizie quotidiano, solo cambio asciugamani e svuotamento cestini.
Molto rumoroso fino a notte fonda per il bar dall'altra parte della strada.

Staff didn't respond after we messaged them twice. We had to call them to finally get late check-in info. However, hotel room cards were not available during self check-in. Need to call someone to help which is a hassle. Service desk was supposed to be staffed 9am-6pm. But we waited until 9:30am the morning of check-out and no staff showed up at the service desk.

Temiz bir oteldi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü, nazik ve yardımsever. Otelin karşısında ve paralelinde eğlenebilecek fazlasıyla mekan var. Tramvay çok yakın

Ik ben heel fijn geholpen, de kamer was fijn. Ik zou zeker teruggaan!

De locatie was perfect, oordopjes heel fijn en hele lieve behulpzame mensen die aan het werk waren!

Cons:

Als ik iets moet verzinnen: de stijle trappen naar boven. Je moet goed ter been zijn.
