Pros:

Accueil chaleureux, le chambre et la salle de bain sont propres. Présence de gel douche et shampoing ainsi qu'un sèche cheveux. Bâtiment typique à l'intérieur avec des escaliers très raides mais c'est tout à fait normal. Café ou thé offert. Quartier assez calme. Supermarché à 2 pas

L'emplacement est un peu loin du centre à pieds mais pas vraiment des canaux qui sont à côté, du moins le début des canaux. Si la chambre était bien, elle ne valait quand même pas le prix ( très petite, lit petit aussi, fenêtre impossible à tenir ouverte et qui ne s'ouvre pas complètement car bloquée par une poutre du plafond) et j'avoue que c'est cela qui m'a déçue. Donc niveau
qualité/ prix, c'est à revoir. Trop chère pour ce type de chambre

Perfectly situated for exploring Amsterdam on foot and very helpful staff made us feel very welcome.
Pros:

Great location and staff were amazingly kind and helpful. We appreciated the ability to make our own breakfast but have access to tea and coffee. For a city centre location, the price was very reasonable.

Cons:

The family room was a little cramped for 3 of us but we knew that this would be the case in advance.

Puiki vieta; rami gatvė, tačiau lankytinos vietos lengvai pasiekiamos pėsčiomis. Labai malonus ir pagarbus personalas. Pradžiugino galimybė nemokamai vaišintis kava ir arbata bei pasišildyti savo maistą. Pastate siauri, sukti laiptai tik sustiprina autentišką pastato atmosferą.

A basic hotel with great staff
Pros:

The location of the hotel was great and surprisingly quiet. Our room was on the street side and we heard very little noise. The staff who checked us out were super friendly and made the end of they stay really pleasant. They allowed us to leave out bags after check out to collect later and offered us a free coffee.

Cons:

The TV remote didn't work and the water in the shower got VERY HOT. Also, if you have mobility issues, this hotel may not be suited to you due to depth and width of the stairs inside and outside the hotel. They are very small and high. Not a problem usually, but I was travelling with a baby and it made it very precarious carrying him up and down them.

Friendly and charming and great value
Pros:

Great location, really helpful and friendly staff, quiet and calm courtyard and free coffee. Clean rooms and comfortable with food en suite. We will stay again! Great value on the day we arrived.
