Alloggio accogliente e funzionale
Pros:

Abbiamo apprezzato l''accoglienza, la gentilezza e la disponibilità del Titolare. La stanza era pulita, ordinata. E la cosa che abbiamo apprezzato di più era la posizione, lontana dal caos del centro ma vicina ai tram e comunque in una zona carina, tranquilla e caratteristica.

Cons:

Niente da segnalare, ho letto recensioni negative per le scale, ma qualunque persona senza problemi fisici può salirle senza alcun problema.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. A quiet and peaceful spot, yet close to the centre. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Higlhy recommend it.

The bathroom was quite small but still manageable. Steep stairs but it's pretty much like that everywhere in Amsterdam so..

Für gutes Geld wird hier sehr wenig geboten. Das kann auch durch die Lage nicht aufgewogen werden.
Pros:

Die Lage im Zentrum ist großartig, der Zugang über Zugangscodes einfach. Das Personal sehr bemüht bei der rechtzeitigen Bereitstellung via App.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist winzig. Ein Wasserkocher ohne einen einzigen Teebeutel oder ein Kaffeesäckchen macht keinen Sinn. Keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Extrem laut in der Nacht (nach Mitternacht) vor dem Haus und im Stockwerk darüber.

Excelente localização com apartamento funcional
Pros:

A localização é ótima. Café na esquina, pequeno mercado bem ao lado, uma rua com bares, restaurantes, livrarias, tudo bem perto. Dá pra ir andando a alguns pubs bem concorridos de Amsterdam. O quarto que ficamos era no 4° e tivemos que subir uma escada em caracol, um pouco difícil, principalmente com malas. Não há ar condicionado, o que estranhamos no verão europeu, mas à noite o clima melhorava e o funcionário nos arranjou 2 pequenos ventiladores que resolveram o calor do quarto. Banheiro apertado, mas funcional. Camas confortáveis. Funcionários prestativos e que nos orientaram sobre passeios, aluguéis de bicicleta.

Cons:

Ausência de elevador, de ar condicionado e de café da manhã no próprio hotel.

Super süßes, kleines Stadthotel in bester Lage.Alles zu Fuß erreichbar.Sehr, sehr nettes Personal.Sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem mittendrin.Super sauber.
Immer wieder würde ich dieses Hotel buchen.

Great location and not too expensive. Would stay again.
Pros:

Location and facilities were excellent. Friendly, helpful staff, tables, crockery and access to a shared fridge were provided to self cater. Supermarket 1 min walk away.

Cons:

Unfortunately we stayed during a heat wave and with no air con the rooms were very hot. A small fan was provided to assist this though.

Great location close to public metro and canal. Would stay here again. Reasonable price.

La struttura è posizionata in una zona tranquilla, non lontana dal centro. Ci siamo sempre spostati a piedi senza alcuna difficoltà o fatica!
La nostra camera è stata ricavata da una depandance nel cortile interno dell’alberto, stanza piccolina ma con tutto l’essenziale!
