Won’t be returning
Pros:

The pool was appealing.
The small apartment type rooms are to small, it felt very cramped, with little room to store our cases properly

Cons:

The house keeping was poor, even after lunch our room was still not made up
They offer powdered milk for tea, and upon requesting some fresh milk they said it was chargeable. Surely not in a 4* hotel, just not good enough
There was no contact with management at any time during our stay, nobody seemed bothered about anything
