Sadly, the most deceptive photos and experience we have ever had from booking a hotel online.
Cons:

Buildings round the hotel looked as if they were at different stages of demolition. The property was cramped inside - the stairs, reception, the room (which was larger than the basic), the bathroom.

Wonderful place! I will stay again for my next trip to the area.
Pros:

The location was fantastic! Equally close to the beach and to the train station. Although it was very central, it was very peaceful and quiet. The rooms are extremely clean and thoughtfully decorated. The staff is extremely friendly!

Lovely breakfast on a cute terrace
Pros:

This is a very cute hotel - friendly staff, a delicious breakfast on a lovely terrace, and I had a view of the sea from my Juliette balcony. Super close to Juan Les Pins train station too.

Cons:

It's an old building with no lift and the rooms/bathrooms are very small - but exactly as shown in the pics. No complaints from me at all, but maybe not the one if you're after space and don't want to carry your bag up many flights of stairs!
