Le séjour s'est bien passé malgré les problèmes liés à l'hôtel, Grâce au personnel nous avons passé
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très intéressant comme nous sommes à qq mètres de la tour de Pise/musée.
Le personnel est très très arrangeant, nous avons eu Paula et un jeune homme hyper sympathiques, ils font de leur mieux pour nous faire vivre un beau séjour.

Cons:

L'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas sur le séjour, pourtant c'était mon n°1 à respecter sur ma liste pour mon père qui se déplace à béquille.

The staff were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

There is room for improve the toilet in the room. We booked one big bad, but actually it was to badly connected single which separated during the night.

Lokacija odlicna. Nasproti restavracij z odlicno hrano in trgovino s hrano. Blizu znamenitosti.

Cons:

Tipicno obnasanje do turistov. Prvo te "oropa" denarja taxist nato placilo takse v hotelu. Bodite pozorni in imejte s sabo booking potrdilo placila sobe. Pri pultu druga cena takse... probavajo pridobiti cim vec.


Soba mrzla, neurejena, okno poskodovano, hladno. Klima prizgana 24/7 tri dni in se ni segrelo na 13°C. Prosila za dodatno odejo, ki je nisem prejela.

Zajtrk kot je na voljo ne obstaja.

Neurejenost hotela, nic se ne da na izgled ali vlaga v primerno bivanje. V tus kabini plesen.


Na recepciji prijazni samo,ko jih gledas v oci nato zadi za teboj v svojem jeziku besede.


Ne priporocam, izguba denarja, zelo razocarana.
