Partiamo dall'accoglienza: abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di conoscere entrambe le receptionist simpatiche,cordiali ma soprattutto al momento della colazione una delle ragazze ha il nostro bimbo di 3 anni. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: anche via mail ci hanno dato vari consigli tra cui il parcheggio.

Ero con la mia compagna incinta, non c era acqua per farsi la doccia, l abbiamo comunicato alla reception ma non hanno potuto risolvere il problema, ne hanno potuto spostarci in altri hotel. Abbiamo chiesto il reso tramite booking, ma l hotel ha negato la situazione. Oltre a questo, tante cose in hotel da sostituire, vecchie e rotte. Non ci tornerò mai più.

Il frigo della camera non funzionava
Ho apprezzato molto il personale, soprattutto la signora albanese! Un atteggiamento gentile e cortese con i clienti. L'hotel è molto pulito e abbastanza confortevole per un turista
Non avevo acqua calda da due giorni e il proprietario continuava a dire che andava tutto bene! Solo il personale era completamente disorientato e preocupato ! Facevo la doccia con l'acqua fredda e in camera non c'era ancora il frigorifero, nemmeno per una bottiglia d'acqua, visto che fuori c'erano 40

Rue passante et animée, mais les chambres sont top. Pas de bruit et confortable.

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedès , közel a nevezetessègek. A recepciós lány nagyon segítőkész,kedves.
Nagyon retro szállás. A takarítás nem volt megfelelő,sok helyen apró fekete haj/szőr szálak. Csak hideg víz volt,pedig próbáltuk,hátha meleg lesz egy idő után. Zajszigetelés kb nincsen, mintha kora reggel a fülem mellett takarították volna az utcát.
