Le séjour s'est bien passé malgré les problèmes liés à l'hôtel, Grâce au personnel nous avons passé
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très intéressant comme nous sommes à qq mètres de la tour de Pise/musée.
Le personnel est très très arrangeant, nous avons eu Paula et un jeune homme hyper sympathiques, ils font de leur mieux pour nous faire vivre un beau séjour.

Cons:

L'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas sur le séjour, pourtant c'était mon n°1 à respecter sur ma liste pour mon père qui se déplace à béquille.

The staff were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

There is room for improve the toilet in the room. We booked one big bad, but actually it was to badly connected single which separated during the night.
