Hace varias veces que hemos elegido este hotel por la buena ubicación,las instalaciones,la buena comida y confort. Calidad precio genial.

Cons:

Esta vez lo que no nos gustó,es que nos tocó una habitación un pelín justa. Las camas,almohadas no eran cómodas. Muy estrecho para poder moverte por la habitación. Apliques de luz sueltos y no muy limpio, pero solo fue mala suerte porque otras veces que estuvimos todo fue genial,por eso lo elegí nuevamente.

Todo excelente, a destacar el equipo de animación. Muy profesionales, ocurrentes y simpatiquísimos. Alberto, el jefe de animación y todo su equipo, Sofía, Brenda, Isa y Pablo hacen que la estancia en el Calypso sea una experiencia inolvidable.

No es lo que parece...

El hotel en sí es muy bonito y el área de la piscina es hermoso.

Cons:

Lo que no nos gustó fue la habitación que nos asignaron.Las Dos veces en la sexta planta. Nada que ver con las fotos de internet. Nos tuvieron que cambiar porque en la primera habitación había mucho olor a cloaca, la chica de recepción nos ubicó nuevamente en otra habitación pero ésta tenía el aire acondicionado roto y en los horarios de la siesta hacía muchísimo calor, no se podía estar.
Y con respecto a los baños de la piscina y de las instalaciones en común del hotel, estaban sucios. La verdad que fue una experiencia no grata en ese sentido.
Los empleados todos muy atentos.
Una pena ya que Salou es nuestro lugar favorito para pasar el fin de semana, pero a este hotel no volveremos.
