Nice family hotel stay.
Pros:

Pool area with slide good for children however the pool did open a little late at 11am.
Hotel clean and good value for money.

Cons:

Dinning area was very busy and crammed in.
A little out of the way on the main area of Salou- 15 minute walk but straight road so not too bad .

Solo estuvimos un día,pero muy bien,las habitaciones amplias.Aunque había muchos jóvenes no se notó,porque no hicieron mucho escándalo.Y las camas cómodas.

The hotel was clean and staff friendly.
Variety of pools and breakfast choices
Kids' entertainment was ok.
If going with a family of 4, would highly recommend the superior room, plenty of space.

Cons:

Strict in the pool, no floaties or balls, so dont waste money getting inflatables on the strip.
Air-conditioning wasn't the best.
If you want a bed by the pool, be prepared to get up at 6am, there all gone by 7.
Not enough parasols, so hardly no shade if needed with younger children.

Hotel recomendable en Salou
Pros:

habitación reformada en muy buen estado, baño completo y funcional.
Las camas a mi gusto un poco duras pero pq necesito colchón blando. Almohadas excelentes.
Personal muy agradable, especialmente en restaurante.

Fijn verblijf gehad. Goede bedden. Schoonmaak moet beter en meer snelle service als je een drankje b

Buffet was niet heel uitgebreid maar voldoende. Van de 7 dagen hebben we 4 dagen wel lekker gegeten.

Cons:

Kamer schoonmaak viel erg tegen. Bedden werden alleen opgemaakt. Schoonmaak werd niet gedaan. Heel de week vloer niet gedweild en badkamer niet schoongemaakt. Alleen bedden werden opgemaakt en schone handdoeken neergelegd. Had zelfs 5 euro fooi op bed neergelegd voor kamermeisje maar was niet meegenomen.

Personeel bij de receptie was in het algemeen vriendelijk. Maar sommige waren niet vriendelijk en arrogant en geïrriteerd als ik wat wilde vragen. Dat was jammer.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Het grootse irritatie punt was de langzame service aan de bar bij het zwembad en in de bar boven. 20 minuten wachten op een drankje. Dat moet echt beter.
