I was disappointed with the following;

I was trying to make an appointment for a Treatment in the Spa and apparently I had to pay first !! Not good.
I found three pieces of underwear in the locker between the beds - obviously left from last people - very off-putting. The Blonde Receptionist was extremely abrupt and rude. Also we got a drink delivered to the table opposite the hotel door and the waiter dropped the bottle of 7-up which broke at my feet - I literally had green glass and seven 7 all over my toes. We paid a mint for this hotel for the 5 nights but these three/four items above were disappointing. They are items that should be Of huge importance to the hotel. They are what make the difference to one’s stay so I was disappointed to say the least. I will most likely Persue the item of the broken glass at my feet. No real fault of the staff but we could have been reimbursed for the drink as a kind gesture.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au sein de cet hôtel cependant le ménage laisse à désirer. Les murs sont remplis de traces noirs le lavabo n’était pas propre à notre arrivé notamment au niveau du trou qui se trouve en face du robinet. Il y a des taches sur les rideaux et le dessus des boîtiers n’ont pas été fait.
De plus les serviette de douche n’ont été changé qu’une seul fois lors de notre séjour de 10 jours et ce la veille de notre départ. Je trouve ça dommage car nous payons pour avoir quelque chose de propre.

Un hotel que cumple las expectativas
Pros:

TODO. La limpieza, la tranquilidad del hotel en general,la calidad de la comida, el personal muy amable

Cons:

Mi unica pega es que teniendo media pensión, una noche no queriamos cenar y pedimos si podiamos coger un platano para llevar y por política del hotel no nos dejaron.
