El servicio muy atento, el personal de el restaurante solo lo puedo calificar como excelente. En la recepción las personas que te trataban muy atentas desde el momento de la llegada hasta la partida, incluyendo el responder todas las dudas que pudieras tener en todo momento.

Bel hôtel ancien au centre de salou, un beau jardin côté piscine, une chambre en hauteur côté ville calme, du choix au buffet, un espace repas à l'extérieur calme car températures basses début mai. La terrasse sur le toit plus calme.
Stationnement facile en mai dans le quartier résidentiel derrière l hotel.
Lit confortable bien que étroit. Salle d eau bien mais a rénover.
Hotel trop grand, ambiance anglo saxone, trop de clients, une salle a manger bondee chaude ettoufante et le bruit de la circulation côté terrasse piscine.
Chauffage infrarouge de la terrasse extérieure pour les repas pour des clients en super tenues d été.
Pas utilisé la piscine ni animation.

L'amabilité du personnel, la tenue du restaurant toujours nickel pendant le service malgré l'affluence, la charge électrique mise a disposition gratuitement , la deco des salons et le parfum d'ambiance
Très bon rapport qualité prix mais s'il fallait améliorer quelques points : augmenter le temps d'ouverture du sauna et éventuellement une bouilloire dans les chambres en plus de la cafetière., mettre des tasses plus grandes pour le petit déjeuner. Mais c'est déjà super
