The hotel staff were excellent, the place was spotlessly clean.
The main pool is small. Music was too loud around the pool area,some days. The main pool is too small for water sports, water polo. People are leaving towels on sunbeds and heading off. No tea coffee making facilities in the room.
Hotel preferiblemente para personas retiradas, muchas personas de la tercera edad, habitaciones básicas pero cómodas, cerca a todo, sector seguro, buenas opciones en el buffet de desayuno y comidas
Atención en recepción muy lenta y centrada en personas que no hablan español

Buffet y la ubicación, cerca de la playita. Muy cómodo
El servicio de habitaciones. Veaimos al servicio de limpieza en la habitación frente a la nuestra y, literalmente, 2 horas después aun no habian hecho la nuestra. Muy lento.
La piscina de la azotea,, la comida y la localizacion
Solo que tuve que cambiar la funda de mi almohada porque tenia alguna mancha pero nada mas
Belle déco à l entrée, Lits tres confortables, service au repas tres bien tres dynamique
Buffet tres moyen … crudites en conserves, fromage pas tres bon show cooking ne sert à rien le chef fait de l avance et on se sert dans le dejà pret .. animation le soir nulle … l aqua gym nul… très mauvaise insonorisation des chambre, énormément d attente avant d avoir un ascenseur

Aucune organisation pour la soirée de la finale de la coupe du monde de foot 1 seule telé, les gens ont pris les canapes les ont tournes comme ils ont pu ..

A limpeza dos quartos deixa um pouco a desejar! Nota-se que é feita a correr e ficam alguns detalhes a manchar a imagem do hotel. Mas, digo isto já sendo a segunda vez que ficamos neste hotel, de maneira que é só um apontamento para futuras melhorias. Saliento que já ficámos 2 vezes neste hotel e nos hoteis da mesma cadeia vizinhos também
Clean , friendly staff , food , nicely decorated , good location
Saving of sunbeds all day on roof terrace , didn’t get to use it once for this reason . No iron or ironing board . No kettle in room . Last 2 points are pretty high on most people’s priorities in my experience.
Le buffet très varié, le personnel et l’accueil très sympa , la literie est très bonne, très sympa la piscine sur le toit
Il y avait trop de Climatisation à la réception et dans la salle principale, c’est dommage et cela faisait un choc thermique pas très agréable.
Au niveau du buffet le fromage n’a pas vraiment de goût. Un peu dommage aussi de faire payer l’eau en formule pension complète .
Et sinon comme dans beaucoup d’hôtels les murs ne sont pas très épais… on peut entendre les voisins parler , pas cool à 7h du matin en vacances
Dernier point la piscine ferme à 19h en bas… c’est un peu tôt en période estivale.
