Horor ,mâncarea a fost groaznica
Începând cu mâncarea care a fost extrem de proasta ,piscinele și cea pentru copii și cea pentru adulți avea căcat în ele o să vă atașez poze, la oricare dintre mese trebuia să aștepți la o coadă de cel puțin 30 de minute,având pensiune completă ,nu mai spun ca pentru copii clar nu există ceva comestibil ,iar pentru fumători era un singur loc de fumat într-un colț al hotelului , piscina se deschide începând cu ora 9 dimineața și țineau toată lumea blocată în hotel adică în jur de 100 persoane și când deschideau ușile se băteau oamenii care să prindă un loc ,neavând șezlonguri suficiente,nu pot atașa filmări dar am pus niște capturi ,clar nu merită să vă stricați vacanța pentru acest hotel de mierda.
Le am atras atenția ca există fecale în piscine și nu au luat nici o măsură și au vorbit foarte arogant ,ar fi trebuit închise piscinele pentru decontaminare le am trimis și mail să le expun problema ,maxim 2 stele aș recomanda și nu 4 ,pe booking sunt niște poze superbe dar în realitate îți vine să fugi de la intrare

Були в готелі протягом тижня. Готель дуже сподобався. Брали два номери по дві людини. Просили номери поруч. Вони це врахували, дуже їм вдячні, бо це зручно, коли діти поруч. Зручне розташування, 5 хвилин до пляжу, 20 хвилин до Портавентури. Їжа смачна та різноманітна. Чайник в номері був, але ми не користувалися, бо не було необхідності. Прибирання щодня поверхневе. За весь час рушник для ніг змінювали кожен день, а для тіла та маленькі ні разу. Ми раз попросили рушники великі змінити, але нас не почули. Рушники для пляжу брали з собою з дому.
Una sábana que se vecían que estaban sucia no las cambiaron en 2 días
No permitían acceder a los jardines, zona de hamacas hasta las 9 am, se hacía colas de personas esperando a entrar.
La piscina se anunciaba que se cerraba a las 20:00, a las 19:00 teníamos que dejar las hamacas pese a la ola de calor que estábamos sufriendo.
En general pienso que se maltrataba al huesped en la piscina, poca empatía
No amiten pagar en efectivo en el bar y comedor, te ponen una pulsera para identificarte, como se hace en los todo incluido, pese a que no lo sea
Lo que nos gustó más fue el trato del personal del comedor. Muy atentos mi marido no puedo comer gluten y muy atentos con su comida. Yo embarazada y nos cuidaron mucho. Aunque tuvimos un percance el penúltimo día y cogí una gastroenteritis aguda con el embarazo por algo en mal estado, me cuidaron muy bien en el comedor peor tuvimos que irnos por no poder dejar de vomitar. libres ni sombrillas.
Las actividades diaurnas y nocturnas muy bien, y el personal también.
No pudimos reservar las Amacas grandes también todo cogido desde el primer día
Las instalaciones justas, no está mal pero piscina pequeña para tanta gente y nunca hay Amacas
La comida excelente y el personal muy amable, es muy recomendable

Estuve una semana con mis hijos un bebé y niña de 7 años. Por recomendación de mi hermana que repetia. (Les dieron una habitación en la planta 6 reformada)No estaba conforme con habitación solicite plato ducha y piso alto por silencio. Nos dieron habitación vieja. Una bañera con mampara que me resbale y me sale la costilla. Vecinos etnia gitana fumando y con las habitaciones abiertas. Ingleses viniendo de madrugada y tv a todo volumen. Aire acc metía ruido. Terraza a ka calle principipal ruidosa. El buffet piscina y personal del buffet una maravilla. Recepción no fue facilitativa. No merecen estrellas

didn't like to see people running for sun beds , but was nice to see the staff checking that people didn't just get beds and leave them

Stuff was friendly, location was close to everything, including beach, public transport and Airport shuttle bus stop. 10 min away from Port Aventura by bus. Chef was preparing different fresh offering during breakfast and dinner.
Double rooms were a bit smaller than expected as space in front of the bed was very limited. Hot buffet during breakfast and dinner did not had much variety day by day.
