Situated on a very quiet street about a 5 or 6 minute walk from old town and centre. Welcoming small hotel with secure parking for our motorbike and sidecar. Breakfast very good, facilities in the room great, staff very friendly and helpful, feels like a real family run place. Great value for money! Got a great tip from Lily to try the wine bar above the tourist office, do not miss it, it’s wonderful. You can look out over the river or relax under old cloisters with local wine and platters of pate, cheese etc. We stayed there for 2 hours it was so relaxing.
If you’re driving the location is great avoiding the main historical centre but it’s only a 5 min walk. Had private parking too.
Room was nice with everything you could need for a short stay.

Our room had a blocked shower drains and it was leaking.
Something that good cleaner would notice while cleaning .
Reaction of receptionists was very, very unpleasant. She kept on repeatedly saying it’s not possible your husband only had 5 min shower in very aggressive loud manner!. Made us feel as it’s our fault which obviously wasn’t .I came to get key to new room and found her under reception table talking to owner with raised voice and as u understand it was blaming us for it . While other French customers were having to wait for her rant over the phone .
Next day owner came to ask my husband while we were trying to eat breakfast how did he not notice what it was leaking into a floor ! I mean really ?
Totally disgusting!
Questions like that should not be asked from customers as it’s not there responsibility to keep place in good order at all times .
Overall unpleasant experience like this makes difference if you are staying in a small hotel .Unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Le bruit de la route dans la chambre.
L'hôtel est proche du centre et un parking se trouve à proximité. Nous avons été accueillis par une personne très sympathique qui nous a donné de bons conseils.
L'hôtel est très propre et confortable. Calme également. Les chambres sont bien pensées avec tout ce qu'il faut.
Le pdj est très bon avec des croissants frais, entre autres.
Je recommande cet hôtel et j y retournerai si je reviens à Bergerac

J’ai passé un moment merveilleux dans cet hôtel où tout était absolument parfait du début à la fin. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueillie de la meilleure des façons avec une gentillesse qui fait vraiment chaud au cœur. Un immense merci aux deux gérantes pour leur professionnalisme et leur accueil si attentionné, on se sent tout de suite privilégié. L'emplacement est un autre point fort, puisqu'on se trouve à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la gare, ce qui est ultra pratique. La piscine est un vrai bonus !
