Pros:

The room was reasonable but toilet didn't work

Cons:

The hotel (apart from the room) was awful. The lift didn't work and was on a high level floor. The reception was rarely manned, had to wait for 10 minutes when checking in for someone to come down from the floors

Perfectible.
Pros:

Emplacement central à mettre en avant et prix compétitif. Réception disponible jusqu'à 4 heures du matin. Personnel très serviable.

Cons:

Matelas trop ferme. Vue à l'arrière de l'établissement manquant de soin (détritus), porte de salle de bain abimée (trou réparé, mais porte non repeinte=> aspect négligé). TV qui dysfonctionnait et oreillers manquants. Ascenseur en panne. Peu de mobilier pour poser ses affaires.

Avis sur l’hôtel

Un accueil encombré par des chariots, ainsi qu’un ascenseur qui ne fonctionne visiblement plus depuis 15 jours. Cela n’était mentionné nulle part lors de la réservation, alors que ma chambre se trouvait au 4ᵉ étage.

Les animaux sont acceptés, ce qui est tout à fait OK, mais cela ne doit pas se faire au détriment de l’hygiène. La cage d’escalier sentait le poil de chien mouillé, tout comme les couloirs, qui sont recouverts de moquette. J’ai également retrouvé des poils sur mon drap, sans savoir s’il s’agissait de poils humains ou d’animaux.

Concernant le petit-déjeuner, j’ai trouvé le choix très limité, hormis pour les fromages. Il n’y avait pas de choix de fruits ni de charcuterie, et uniquement des œufs durs. En revanche, les viennoiseries étaient très bonnes.

Enfin, j’ai oublié une chemise dans ma chambre d’hôtel. Lorsque j’ai appelé pour savoir s’ils l’avaient retrouvée, on m’a répondu que je l’avais probablement perdue ailleurs. Je trouve dommage qu’aucune vérification ne semble avoir été faite.

Bref, une expérience assez décevante et une mauvaise impression générale pour ma part.

Życzę, żebyści podczas pobytu nie trafili na głośny festyn odbywający się naprzeciwko hotelu.
Pros:

Miła obsługa oraz wysoki poziom czystości w pokoju.

Cons:

Głośna okolica – naprzeciwko hotelu przez kolejne wieczory odbywały się głośne imprezy z alkoholem. Łazienka wymaga odświeżenia, a dodatkowe łóżka i stoliki były w przeciętnym stanie.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, camera e bagno puliti anche se di piccole dimensioni, personale accogliente.

Cons:

Ascensore fuori servizio (con camera al quarto piano e scale a chioccciola) mancanza di frigobar per tenere in fresco le bottigliette d’acqua e le borracce.

Pros:

Comodo per il centro città

Cons:

Ascensore non funzionante
Camera in sostituzione due piani sotto ma con porta rotta a centrò rattoppata con una specie di schiuma (bianca su porta rossa)
Presenza di persone disturbanti durante la notte (una donna che continuava a gridare nel corridoio e dalla reception nessuno ha risposto perché era inserita la segreteria)

Pros:

Solamente la posizione

Cons:

Mancanza di pulizia, camera poco pulita, mancavano comodini, asciugamani sporchi, bagno che si allaga con doccia. Inoltre camera al quarto piano e ascensore fuori servizio: nessuno ha avvisato del disguido.
