Il personale è molto gentile e preparato.
L'Hotel nel centro è facilmente raggiungibile dal parcheggio pubblico e si trova a pochi passi da tutte le principali attrazioni.

El trato de los empleados de recepción.
El desayuno súper mega recomendable, variedad y muy bueno todo. La habitación limpia y la camada es muy muy cómoda. Por último, la ubicación es en pleno centro a escasos metros de la catedral.
Todo perfecto, tan solo que no disponen de parking, aunque tienen un convenio con un parking cercano que te reduce un poco el precio.
Lage in der Innenstadt super, alles in der Stadt zu Fuß erreichbar. Restaurants, Bars etc. direkt in den umliegenden Straßen. 5 Minuten zur Plaza Mayor.
Parkplatz in Tiefgarage mit Preisnachlass als Hotelgast, 2 Minuten zu Fuß, 6 Minuten per Auto.
Modernes Hotel, Fahrstuhl, ausreichend große Zimmer, Kingsizebetten. Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut.
Großes Bad, moderne Dusche, viel warmes Wasser.
Unser Zimmer ging zum Hof, sehr ruhig, nachts auch kein Glockenläuten von der Kathedrale.
Empfangspersonal ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Perfekt: der Kellner Kika im Frühstücksraum, super aufmerksam und freundlich.
Großes Frühstücksbüffet, alles was man braucht, guter Kaffee, viele spanische Leckereien, viel Obst.
Der Fahrstuhl war recht laut zu hören, obwohl das Zimmer durch Treppenhaus und Flure davon getrennt war.
Im Bad ist zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeit.

Fabulous location within walking distance of most attractions. Exceptionally helpful staff who gave lots of helpful advice. The bathroom facilities - shower etc - were of the hghest standard.
Finding the place was difficult. You must drive on to a pedestrianised street which Google doesn't let you do. Also it was a nuisance having to find free/cheap parking for the car.
