Nos ha encantado todo a mi madre y a mí. Sí quiero destacar y agradecer el trato excepcional del señor que nos atendió en recepción: pudo gestionar nuestro check-in antes de tiempo, fue encantador y un auténtico profesional en cada gestión. Inmejorable.

Mala experiencia con sensacion de engaño

Cons:

Reserve dos habitaciones,dos personas en cada habitacion, con alojamiento y desayuno ,hicimos el checking ,no nos cobraron la estancia en ese momento,y al ir a pagar ,esperaron que desayunasemos para decirnos que nos cobraban el desayuno de uno de nosotros aparte ,porque solo figuraba una persona por habitacion,cuando en el checking tuvimos que dar el carnet de los cuatro,un detalle muy feo por parte del hotel ,nos ha disgutado la estancia.
Lo consideramos un engaño premeditado por su parte

Hotel decepcionante pelo ar antigo, old fashion. Senti que não tinha nada a ver com as fotos quando fiz a reserva.
Pros:

Localização e haver hipótese de ter estacionamento da Praça de España gratuito, apesar de não terem dito nada e ter de ser eu a questionar e descobrir.

Cons:

Ar antigo, nada a ver com as fotos que aparece no site. Tamanho dos quartos, decoração, estilo já muito velho e antiquado.
