Não tem restaurante, nem room service. Nos quartos também não há uma cafeteira com café ou cha. Cheguei tarde de trabalhar e não ofereciam nada no hotel.

Large comfortable room, en suite had a walk-in shower as well as a bath, plus a non steam mirror! Staff ere brilliant including the guy behind the bar who was quite a character. The hotel also covered the cost of parking in the Plaza
Mayor car park, one minute walk from the hotel.

Cons:

The only issue I would find fault with is the quality of the pillows which were too hard for our liking, but did not affect us as we always bring our own whenever we stay in hotels.

Ideal base to explore a great city, fantastic staff
Pros:

The hotel could not be more central and has a wonderful old-world feel to it. The receptionist Roberto was exceptionally helpful, especially with guidance on the main sights and restaurants. Free parking in a car park 1 minute's walk from the hotel was also appreciated.

Cons:

€18 per day for our toy poodle was rather a a lot - but then we paid nothing for the parking, so we're not really complaining.

Proper, old school, independent boutique hotel in the heart of the city with exceptional, friendly, staff and service.
Pros:

The age and history of the hotel. The location. The traditional decor. The comfort and cleanliness of the rooms but especially the friendliness and warmth of the staff. Roberto on reception was incredible.
