El Hotel nos sorprendió para bien
Pros:

El hotel nos sorprendió para bien. La entrada es muy coqueta con un hall de marmol. Muy amables en la recepción. La habitación que nos dieron grande, bonita y espaciosa. El hotel en general está muy bien mantenido y con una elegancia que lo hace muy acogedor. Además, en pleno centro. Quizás el desayuno buffet no estuvo tan a la altura pero sí fue correcto.

Bom hotel para ficar
Pros:

Um hotel bastante bem localizado ao lado da Plaza Mayor, perto de tudo, área comercial, catedral, tapas, com bares e suas deliciosas tapas, staff muito simpático e atencioso.
O hotel foi fantástico , camas muito confortáveis que deram par ter uma noite muito boa , o quarto estava muito limpo, .
As salas das refeições pareciam as de um conto de reis e rainhas.
Se voltar a Valladolid já sei onde ficar e recomendo
Obrigada pela estadia no vosso hotel.

Cons:

Não é bem uma critica , mas penso que para um Hotel de 4 estrelas poderia ter um café da manhã um pouco melhor, com mais variedades e produtos regionais

Infelizmente fiquei num quarto com uma janela alta e remodelado de forma pouco condizente com as características clássicas do edifício.
