Pros:

Predio histórico, roupa de cama e banho excelente.
Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos.
Como nosso trem saia cedo eles foram gentis em.nos servir o café da manha.

Great location, clean, sizeable room, easy luggage storage after check-out

Cons:

Very small shower with curtain, sign said breakfast until 10, we arrived at 10 to 10 because we only wanted to grab a croissant for the road and were told that the breakfast room was already closed. After a bit of discussion, we were let in on the condition we'd be fast. We grabbed what we wanted and were out by 9:54 and still received eye rolls from the staff. :(

La ubicación centro en el histórico.
El trato del personal. La limpieza.

El acceso en auto es difícil por la zona ZTL.

Die Lage ist absolut top!
Es gibt eine absperrbare Garage für Fahrräder.

Cons:

Mit recht wenig Aufwand könnte man sehr viel mehr herausholen.
In den Zimmern gibt es kaum Möglichkeiten Sachen abzulegen oder aufzuhängen (zb im Bad). Beim Frühstück gjbt es nichtmal Wasser, der Kaffee ist absolut miserabel und es gibt auch nur Plastikbecher.

Location.

Cons:

The facilities and comfort of the rooms are quite poor. The breakfast is also very modest. If you want to get there by car, you have to enter a restricted city area. According to the receptionst this should not be a problem.

En lo personal me gusta la estética decimonónica, Siena por lo que representa en sí está dado a dar esa imagen, y este hotel mantiene ese encanto acorde al lugar.

Cons:

La alcachofa de la ducha y algunos suplementos eléctricos deberían recibir alguna revisión más o ser cambiados.

Me gustó que hubiera recepción todo el día,
Mi habitación era individual, pequeña, pero cómoda. Abundante agua caliente en el ducha!
La ubicación excelente. Se puede ir caminando a todos lados.
