Beliggenhed og personaler

Cons:

Hotellet levede desværre ikke op til forventningerne. Der var myrer på badeværelset, og bruseren fungerede dårligt, da det ikke var muligt at regulere temperaturen ordentligt. Møblerne fremstod slidte og havde en ubehagelig lugt. Derudover var lydisoleringen meget dårlig, så man kunne tydeligt høre støj fra andre gæster. Samlet set er hotellet alt for dyrt i forhold til standard og faciliteter.

La disponibilità e professionalità del personale, accogliente e sempre disponibile ad soddisfare le tue richieste, la posizione ottima per la visita dei monumenti principali di Piazza dei Miracoli, e la possibilità di scelta dove pranzare e cenare. Vicino anche al centro storico ricco di negozi e adiacente alla stazione centrale, raggiungibile i soli 15 minuti di passeggiata.

Really enjoyed our stay and would go back
Pros:

Nice property, has a homely feeling, the staff where lovely. The area is in a good area can get to leaning tower of Pisa and train station with in 10-15 mins. The room were nicely cleaned every day.

Posizione ottima, soggiorno sufficiente
Pros:

La posizione era buona, molto vicino al centro e quindi la sera era facile raggiungere locali e ristoranti.
Il personale è stato molto accogliente e disponibile

Cons:

A volte mentre facevo la doccia l'acqua calda andava via per qualche secondo per poi tornare di nuovo calda.
L'aria condizionata non era potentissima, quindi serviva un pò di tempo per scaldare la stanza.
