Definitely stay here!
Pros:

This was great! Right in the heart of activity and easy to walk everywhere. Super comfortable room and bathroom. Very clean! They had water and chocolate in the room and spare soaps and lotions. We had a little trouble finding our parking spot because our GPS was not cooperating so one of the staff actually came out and rode in the car with us to direct us, lol. It was very close but because of the one way streets, easy to get mixed up if you are not familiar with the area. It was right next to the bridge and a quick walk to the astronomical clock. Definitely would stay again.

Appreciative Aussies
Pros:

Location fantastic, busy but not as crowded as old town. Loved the room so spacious & comfortable, excellent decor appreciated the heritage feel. The staff fantastic, guys on front desk exceptional service, always so friendly & helpful. Left early for flight they organised as breakfast to take with us, not requested they just again showed excellent service skills. Loved the boutique feel of the hotel, so much warmer than the large hotel chains.

Great location, great hotel, amazing staff and a great value
Pros:

Location was amazing. Right at the bridge

Cons:

The rooms were huge and very nicely appointed. The staff was so incredibly friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Stay
Pros:

We would absolutely stay here again. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, great water pressure in the shower, and despite being in a very active part of the city, room was quiet. The staff was helpful (arranged breakfast to go for a day when we were leaving before breakfast hours and arranged transportation for us to and from the airport).

Ótimo hotel, café da manhã e localização!
Pros:

Amei o atendimento, a localizacao e o café da manhã é uma delícia! Todos os dias tinha chocolate no quarto e recebemos um baby espumante ❤️

Cons:

O único ponto que poderia ser melhor é que o quarto fica em um prédio do outro lado da rua, gerando uma sensacao de falta de segurança, por não ter a recepção no mesmo prédio.

Wonderful old hotel in the heart of Prague
Pros:

Lovely old hotel in a great location. Staff was warm and welcoming. Our room was spacious and beautiful, and the amenities were great.

Cons:

Cafe food was not special, but it was nice to have breakfast at the hotel and an option for a late dinner.
