Pros:

The hotel has an excellent location! Everything is within walking distance, including Charles Bridge, which is just a few minutes away. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés and lovely places nearby. It was very convenient to explore Prague on foot without needing public transport. The location is definitely one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. Highly recommended!

Cons:

One area that could definitely be improved is the window insulation. I would recommend investing in better soundproofing, as noise from the street was quite disturbing during the night. We understand that the hotel is located in a lively area and that people enjoy themselves, but being woken up at 3 a.m. by people singing loudly right outside the windows is not exactly what you expect during a relaxing holiday. Better soundproofing would make a big difference to the overall guest experience.Another small suggestion would be to provide a kettle in the room, along with some tea and coffee. I think many guests would appreciate having the option to make a hot drink in the comfort of their room, especially in the morning or after a long day of exploring the city.

Cons:

It was cold. There were heating panels in all the rooms of our suite but the heat is controlled by management. About 2 hrs of heat in the morning and about 3 hrs in the evening. The rooms were mostly cold. On the last day we told them we were leaving at 8:25am so we got no heating.

Weird , huge lumpy pillows.

Probleme bei der Abrechnung von Frühstück. Habe für die ganze Gruppe bei Chefin bezahlt , und später musste ich von 2 Freunden erfahren, das man ihnen das Frühstück nochmals in Rechnung gestellt hat . Unseriös!!!!
