Die Lage war zwar gut aber ich würde nicht nochmal buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage hat für uns gut gepasst und das Personal war freundlich. Außerdem waren die Betten gemütlich.

Cons:

Die angegebene Klimanlage war zwar vorhanden, hat aber nicht funktioniert sondern nur warme Luft geblasen.
Der Boden war auch nicht sauber, wie haben eine Bierkapsel am Boden gefunden, als wir ins Zimmer gekommen sind, also wurde wohl leider nicht sehr gründlich geputzt.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this hotel. Despite having a confirmed reservation, no room was available when we arrived. The staff offered no alternative accommodation or meaningful assistance, and we had to find a place to stay on our own at the last minute. Very disappointing experience, and I would not stay here again.

Minden igényünket kielégítette
Pros:

Fantasztikus recepciós, kényelmes ágyak, tisztaság, friss és minőségi reggeli, kedves személyzet. Mi egy éjszakát töltöttünk itt, a Prátert látogattuk meg, ami 15 percre van a szállástól. Éjfélkor is be tudtunk jutni a hotelbe.

Die Eingangshalle war schön. Der Rezeptionist war höflich.

Cons:

Es mangelt an Sauberkeit! In den Zimmern, Stiegenhaus, Gang und WC im Keller. Wir haben 4 Zimmer angeschaut bis wir uns für das "Beste" davon entschieden haben. Die Waschtische in allen 4 Badezimmern waren kaputt. Die Abdeckung der Klospühlung hat nicht mehr gehalten. Den Boden im Zimmer/Bad habe ich mit einem Handtuch gewischt. Sowie die Oberflächen, Fensterbank und Waschbecken und WC.

Beim Frühstück wurde erst nachgelegt, als Gäste am Nebentisch das Personal aufgefordert haben, als vom Käse nur mehr 2 Scheiben, Wurst keine und Gebäck auch nicht mehr da war. Und da wurde eine der 2 Frauen vom Frühstückspersonal schon sehr unhöflich gegenüber dem Gast!

Für mich nicht empfehlenswert!

Buenas combinación para coger el tranvía que te lleva al centro. Cuando llegamos nos dejaron dejar las maletas y la subieron a la habitación ya que que no hay recepción 24h, es chico nos atendió en español y nos recomendó como ir al centro

Cons:

La habitación no estaba limpia, tenía muchas pelusas, se notaban que no habían movido las mesillas y cambias cortinas. Dicen que son 3 camas, pero es un sofá cama que no es muy cómodo para una larga estancia
