La salle de bain a été rénovée

Le type à la réception. Pas amical du tout, on dirait qu'on le dérange en permanence. Une vraie porte de prison. S'il ne veut pas travailler qu'il reste chez lui.
À remplacer au plus vite par quelqu'un de plus sympa, voire même une machine.
Stores cassés dans la chambre.

Que dijimos que llegaríamos a las 23 horas y no nos pusieron ninguna pega cuando fuimos estaba el hotel cerrado poco más y tenemos que dormir en la puerta . Menos mal que llegó un matrimonio y nos ayudó a localizar a algún empleado del hotel .ellos no tuvieron tanta suerte ya que ellos si tuvieron que dormir en el hall del hotel .pesimos en ese aspecto .

Non hanno comunicato che alle 22,00 la struttura chiude e che bisogna digitare un codice di accesso ,che, per chi arriva per la prima volta, ignora completamente . Siamo rimasti fuori e nessuno , ne l'hotel ne booking ha dato questa informazione .

Sauberkeit und Service mangelhaft

Die Lage ist gut. Man kommt mit Straßenbahn und U-Bahn gut ins Zentrum. Direkt an der Straße gelegen. Parken am Hotel ist möglich. Günstiger ist es in einem Parkhaus in etwa 500m Entfernung.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Familienzimmer. Die Größe des Zimmers war in Ordnung. Wir hatten ein Doppelbett und ein Schlafsofa,obwohl zwei Betten angegeben waren. Es gab einen kleinen Tisch an dem nur zwei Personen sitzen können. Insgesamt ist das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Teppichauslegeware hatte überall Flecken. Im Bad lag noch ein altes Wattestäbchen rum und die Zahnputzbecher wollten wir lieber auch nicht benutzen. Reagiert wurde darauf erst, nachdem wir dreimal etwas gesagt haben.
Beim Frühstück liefen immer wieder Ameisen rum. Die Damen am Frühstück waren freundlich und die Basis eines Frühstücks war in Ordnung.

Lage des Hotels war gut für unsere Reise.

Cons:

Das Hotel und insbesondere unser Zimmer hatten nach unserem Eindruck die besten Zeiten schon seit Jahrzehnten hinter sich: Verschmutzte Wände, kaputte Gardinen, loser Toilettensitz, wackelige Badarmaturen sind nur einige Punkte, die uns enttäuscht haben. Wir hatten nicht den Eindruck, dass in den letzten Jahren irgendwelche Erneuerungs- oder Renovierungsarbeiten stattgefunden haben.
Auch wenn wir vom Hotel keinen Luxus erwartet haben, wäre es z.B. schön gewesen, wenn das Personal an der Rezeption nicht im verlebten Jogging-Anzug aus dem Hinterzimmer gekommen wäre. Alles in allem eine große Enttäuschung.

Lokalita je krásná, jen sedm zastávek tramvají od vídeňské radnice.

Cons:

V době vyhrazené na check in (okolo sedmé večer) byla recepce prázdná a hlavní dveře zavřené. Museli jsme někomu volat, aby nám sdělil kód, kterým dveře otevřeme a odemkneme schránku s klíči od pokoje. O ničem takovém jsem nebyla předem informována. Pokoj byl vybydlený, všude prach a našli jsme i skvrny na podlaze. Dle letáku na stole v pokoji uklízí co tři dny, což je dle mého názoru nedostatečné.

Hatten es nicht weit zu der Location und auch nicht zu der U-Bahn.
Eingangsbereich Tipp Top, ladet auch zu mehr ein.
Preis für eine Nacht im Doppelzimmer okay.

Cons:

Das Bad hat eindeutig schon besser Zeiten hinter sich - Waschbeckenarmatur lies sich in jede Richtung drehen, Toilette seitlich versetzt das man Platz hat
Zimmer sehr im altertümlichen still - Tapeten ??? Teppich mit Flecken
Kein Personal anzutreffen weder am Abend noch in der Früh
