Zentrumsnah, parkgarage, große Suite m.Balkon, Empfang freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war unhenießbar: kalte Eierspeise, harte Eier, keine Semmerl, kein Kuchen, Toastbrot vom Vortag, Korngebäck ausgetrocknet(alt). Während des Aufenthalts keine Reinigung.

Stanze abbastanza spaziosa e posizione perfetta per le mie necessità. Grande stile nell'arredamento della hall

Il riscaldamento nella mia stanza non funzionava. Lo staff ci ha offerto una stufa elettrica per ovviare al problema rassicurandoci che il giorno dopo avendo stanze che si sarebbero liberate avrebbero potuto spostarci un altra stanza. Purtroppo per mia mancanza di tempo non siamo riusciti a fare questo cambio e quindi ci siamo fatti il WE con lo scaldino in stanza. Lo staff è stato comunque gentilissimo e disponibile a risolvere il problema

Sehr enttäuschend, NIE WIEDER!!!

Die Rezeption war abweichend zu den Angaben bereits ab 21:00 und bis 8:00 unbesetzt.
Ich kam um ca. 20:45, der Herr an der Rezeption war freundlich, hat aber gemeint, ich soll schauen, ob es in dem Zimmer eh nicht zu kalt ist, da er nunmehr 15min da ist…
Das Zimmer hat sich zwar kühler als normal angefüllt, die Heizung hat aber nach dem Einschalten eh warme Luft geblasen, also war das ok für mich… (schlafe zuhause bei 19‘)
Leider merkt man nach einem vorigen Aufenthalt im Freien mit minusgraden erst später, dass es drinnen SEHR kalt ist, da war leider niemand mehr da!
Die Heizung blies na ca 20 Minuten nunmehr eiskalt…
Ich musste unter 2 Decken schlafen und in der Nacht meine Winterhaube anziehen!!!
Beim verlassen des Zimmers hat man dann erst den unterschied zu der Temperatur am Gang gemerkt, es hatte im Zimmer sicher nicht mehr als 10-12‘.
Ich hinterließ auf der unbesetzten Rezeption einen Zettel mit der bitte um RR und kurzer Schilderung, es hat sich niemand gemeldet!!!!
Fernseher hat auch nicht funktioniert!
Insgesamt sehr abgewohnt, Möbel staubig, ohne die eisige Kälte wären es 4 Punkte. So leider NICHT, eigentlich 0 Punkte!!!

Great stay with friendly staff and convenient location.

Great nearby parking options using PAYUCA. Staff is very friendly, with a nice layout for the daily breakfast. Nice location with nearby tram stops.

Cons:

Room has a bit of a dated feeling. Couples room is two twin beds pushed together that separate in the night.

Pros:

La vicinanza alla metro e la cortesia dello staff

Cons:

La moquette della stanza non era pulitissima ed il riscaldamento era rotto. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo offrendoci di cambiare stanza e nel frattempo ci ha dato uno scaldino da tenere in camera.
