Man muss Abstriche machen, für den Preis aber okay. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht

Das Frühstück war gut. Kaffee lecker und die Auswahl auch war auch gut.
Die Lage des Hotels hat uns sehr gefallen. Seitenstraße und nahe Bahnanbindung.

Cons:

Im Hotel (Zimmer) wird nicht mehr viel investiert. Die Duschkabine ließ sich schwer schließen (die Rollen oberhalb defekt, gingen aus der Spur) nur mit sehr viel Fingerspitzengefühl konnte man alles schließen. Der Waschtischunterschrank war aufgequollen und die Reinigung des Bades ließ zu wünschen übrig. Klimagerät ist wohl dauerhaft defekt; der Ventilator schafft es bei den heißen Temperaturen nicht.

Na pierwsze wejście Hotel wydaje się być "luksusowy". Bardzo pomocny i sympatyczny personel. Blisko metra i sklepu. Hotel ma swój mały parking.

Cons:

Brudno, wszędzie pełno kurzu, firanki nieprane co najmniej od roku, w pokoju brakowało szklanek. Był tablet-rozładowany, którego i tak nie można było naładować. W łazience przy wannie pleśń tak samo jak i w lodówce. Miała być klimatyzacja a był jedynie nawiew (w pokoju 30°C) i wiatrak. Kapsułki z kawą były, ale nie było w czym zrobić. W pokoju 3 osobowy, sofa z jednej strony zarwana.
Śniadania 16EUR/osoba bardzo ubogie (jedyny plus to świeże pieczywo), mało warzyw, kiełbasa, mortadela, jajecznica z proszku.

Blisko parkingu P+R gdzie można zaparkować za 4,6 euro na dobę (jakieś 800m)

Cons:

Niesprawna klima co przy temp 29 stopni było uciążliwe. Pokój taki sobie, na jedną noc da się wytrzymać

Nicht mehr als Unterkunft, kein Hotel in dem ich bisher war, war so verdreckt !!!

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht. Vor dem Einzug wurden wir darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert aber wir hätten GLÜCK 😉 heute ist es nur 35 grad heiß, gestern waren es 37 . Später habe ich in den Bewertungen gelesen, dass die Anlage auch 2024 bereits nicht funktioniert hatte. In beiden Zimmern war offensichtlich seit geraumer Zeit kein professioneller Reinigungsservice mehr.
Ich war nicht sicher ob die Toilette frisch gereinigt war - normalerweise ist das mit einer Banderole erkennbar. Der Schminkspiegel im Bad trug noch den Lippenstift meiner Vorgängerin, die Halterung war sehr staubig. Der PVC- Belag am Waschtisch war teilweise gelöst und der Pressspan-Untergrund sichtbar. In einer Bodenecke Rost, Schimmel,Kalk. Die Fugen in der Dusche schimmelig. Das Zahnputzglas nicht sauber, kein Abflussstöpsel im Becken.
Im Schlafraum wurden die Flusen eines in die Jahre gekommenen Ventilators verteilt. Der Nachttisch staubig mit Haar. Der Fensterrahmen innen verstaubt, außen verdreckt. Keiner will wissen wie es unter dem Bett aussah.
Auf dem Weg in die Lobby die Treppe voller Flusenmäuse.

Wir sind keine Gäste, die nach irgendwelchen Preisminderungen suchen oder ein Upgrade erwarten. Wir möchten einfach nur ein Zimmer in dem man wohnen kann.

Sporca, polvere ovunque, dietro ai comodini e mobili non puliscono da anni. Mobili vecchi e rovinati. Asciugamani con forte odore non definibile

Nothing! No aircordition in my room ! The receptionist refused to give me the room I booked ! He took me to a different room and when I complained he ask me to cancel the booking or accept a hot room with no air conditioning

Wir schließen uns den 1,0-Bewertungen an. Das Arthotel ANA Gala ist während unserer Sommerreise die 6 Unterkunft bei booking.com gewesen und eine Riesenenttäuschung. Monatelang angegebene Mängel werden nicht behoben. Auf schlechte Bewertungen antwortet das Rezeptionsteam mit "Es tut uns leid, dass ihr Aufenthalt nicht ihren Erwartungen entsprach...". Der Kundenservice von booking.com hat überhaupt nicht reagiert.
Touristen werden ins Hotel gelockt mit tollen Fotos von den angeblichen Zimmern und erleben bei ihrer Ankunft eine Überraschung, auf die jeder verzichten kann.
