Fehlende Sauberkeit als absolutes No go, würde nicht wieder buchen

Unkomplizierter Check in und Check out, leicht zu finden, nahe der Klinik Landstraße, wo ich beruflich hin musste
Bett war als einziges Möbelstück im Zimmer sauber

Cons:

Absolut nicht sauber! Boden war dreckig, alte benutzte Taschentücher unter dem Heizkörper vorgefunden, Dusche mit dreckigem Duschvorhang (absolut unhygienisch!), alter Kaugummi klebte am Boden unter der Tür zum Badezimmer, Tisch voller alter Brösel (ich bezweifle, dass da ordentlich gestaubsaugt wurde!)

Sehr gute Lage, Bett war sehr bequem, Preis/Leistung angemessen

Cons:

Zimmer sehr hellhörig, hatte Supreme Zimmer, lt. Beschreibung mit Minibar. War aber keine vorhanden. Frühstück OK aber Semmeln/Brot vom Vortag, Wurst / Käseplatte meistens fast leer. Personal, Fernsehsender nur mit viel Glück verfügbar, da Wackelkontakt im Antennenstecker, Aufzüge quietschen und Knöpfe im Stockwerk (3) teilweise kaputt

Unsauber und etwas Enttäuschend
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut, man hat alle Öffis gleich im Umkreis und kann schnell überall hin.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer wirklich unsauber und wir waren nach der Ankunft erstmal etwas schockiert... Haare auf dem Bettlaken, Krümel auf dem Boden, die Toilette war außen leider auch nicht gereinigt und vom Duschvorhang will ich gar nicht anfangen. Die Griffe an allen Schränken waren locker, an einem fiel er einfach ab, Lampen im Flug haben geflackert..... Generell sah das Hotel eher etwas heruntergekommen aus.

Ένα ξενοδοχείο σαν στο σπίτι σου.
Pros:

Η εύκολη πρόσβαση στο ιστορικό κέντρο της πόλης με το τραμ και η σύνδεση με το αεροδρόμιο μέσω του σιδηροδρόμου. Καθαρό, άνετο λόμπι. Ο χώρος του πρωινού μοιάζει με μικρό σαλέ και νιώθεις σπιτική ατμόσφαιρα. Το πρωινό πολύ ικανοποιητικό. Το δωμάτιό μας στον 7ο όροφο απέπνεε ζεστασιά και ήταν πεντακάθαρο.

Cons:

Η κουρτίνα στην ντουζιέρα θέλει προσοχή για να μην βγαίνουν τα νερά έξω.

Very convenient location, nice breakfast and OK room for a decent price.
Pros:

The hotel is in a very convenient location, in a quiet area not far from the main attractions of Vienna.
- From Vienna main station (Wien Hbf) it takes aruond 15 minutes by tram to get to the hotel.
- There are two tram stops at around 3-4 minutes walking distance from the hotel, where line 71 will get you to the Ringstrasse in about 5-8 minutes.
- The Unteres Belvedere is close to the hotel and there are several restaurants, cafes and bars in the area if you don't feel like going to the city center.
- The room was OK, looked clean and it offers good storage.
- Continental breakfast was very enjoyable in my opinion (includes gluten free options).
- Internet speed was nice. I had videocalls with no buffering issues.
- Overall, for the price I paid I enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

I reserved a so-called "Superior Double Room" and a few things were disappointing. Perhaps, with the name of the room I was expecting a bit more.

- The plug of one of the lamps on the bed table was broken. I could not use it.
- The pillows are very uncomfortable and felt like a piece of cloth with cotton balls inside. I actually requested two more pillows on the third day of stay but in the end they were not brought to my room. I don't know why.
- The bed is OK, but at times I could feel the springs of the mattress.
- My room was just in front of the elevator and facing the street, so I got noise from other guests and the tram at night. For me not too bad, but for other people can be really unfomfortable.
- Guests are requested to leave the room key at the reception when leaving the hotel. It could be annoying to get the key back when you want to go quick to your room and there are plenty of guests queueing and just one receptionist working.

Overall, my stay was worth the price.

Zu dem Schnäppchen Preis würden wir das Hotel trotzdem buchen
Pros:

Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr gut. Man kann sehr gut zu Fuß die Altstadt zu erreichen. Wir konnten beim Buchen ein echtes Schnäppchen machen deswegen hat hier Preis Leistung gestimmt.

Cons:

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht weil wir als Familie mit 3 Kindern verreist sind. Leider haben wir Zimmern auf unterschiedlichen Stöcken erhalten, obwohl als Wunsch angegeben wurde möglichst nebeneinander. Hat zum Glück trotzdem alles gut funktioniert. Ein Zimmer war ganz ok. Das zweite Zimmer war leider sehr einfach , das Fernseher funktionierte leider nicht und das Bad war leider verschimmelt.

Pros:

Lokacija odlicna, direktna linija vozom od aerodroma do hotela, stanica na svega par minuta hoda. Centar grada na 20ak minuta pesaka, Belvedere na 10ak minuta. Recepcija radi celu noc i hotel ima lift. Peskiri se menjaju svaki dan. Svaka preporuka za hotel.

Cons:

Bilo bi dobro da sobe poseduju frizider i mini bar, ali svakako na recepciji je moguce poruciti kafu, sok, vodu.

Cons:

TV defekt, Steckdosen haben nicht funktioniert nur einer im Raum an dem zum Glück ein Dreierstecker war und eine Steckdose im Bad hat funktioniert.
Ich glaube nicht das der TV defekt ist sondern die Steckdose dahinter.
Ansonsten ist das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ziemlich gut und das Frühstück lecker!
