Not a 3 Star. I left the property promptly despite losing a 5 day reservation fee.
Pros:

Location is good, never got to try the breakfast as I left the hotel after the first night (despite having a 5 day reservation). I didn't leave it on spot because I arrived past 9pm and had an immediate appointment. Staff wasn't rude.

Cons:

Property is definitely not a 3 star hotel, it's closer to a student pension. Bed was abismal, I could not fit in the room with my luggage. It got very noisy around 6.30am when breakfast was being prepared and while it was consumed, it got worse. My main complaint is that this hotel is not a 3 star and I followed Booking.com in believing it was. As soon as I could, I left the property and booked another for more than double the price of this one, despite that I got nothing back from the reservation. That is to show how unsatisfied I was with the level of the property.

Pros:

地下鉄の駅から近い。１番の観光地までも歩いて行くことができる。出発が早かったので、朝食が食べられなかったが、簡単なテイクアウトを用意してくれた。

エアコンがないが、暑い時期は大丈夫かなと思った。

The hotel has a cozy and intimate atmosphere.

The location was excellent, in a stylish neighborhood and within a 15-minute walk of the city’s main attractions. The staff were excellent, and the breakfast was good. Since the hotel doesn’t have a large number of rooms, it has a cozy and intimate atmosphere.

An electric kettle, along with tea and coffee, was provided in the room for guests’ convenience.

Cons:

The only negative point was that on the first night, the area of the room where the fan was located had no power.

When I informed the young lady at reception, she said that she was aware of the issue but could not do anything about it at that moment and would inform the management the following day.

My wife and I had to look for another power outlet ourselves and eventually found one where we could plug in and use the fan.

I would have expected the reception staff to be more proactive in dealing with the issue, especially since they were already aware of the situation.

Pros:

Posizione in zona isolata, non il massimo per rientrare la sera. Per contro si trova a pochi minuti a piedi da 2 linee metro e fermate del tram. Per arrivare in centro serve comunque cambiare linea

Cons:

Camere dall'aspetto vecchio e senza aria condizionata. La pulizia non è granché, il secondo giorno di soggiorno la camera non è stata per nulla rifatta. Colazione con scelta assai limitata e qualità discutibile.

Fahrrad konnte sicher eingestellt werden, Personal sehr freundlich, Lage im Stadtzentrum, Frühstück ausreichend vielfältig auf solidem bis gutem Hotelniveau. Gepäckaufbewahrung bis zum Abend am Tag der Abreise.

Cons:

1. Komfort: Keine Klimaanlage (dafür Ventilator), es hat etwas gedauert, bis ich herausgefunden habe, wie man die Fenster öffnen kann. Kissen für mich etwas zu gross und Matratzen etwas zu weich.. 2. Achtung beim Duschen ( nur in der Badewanne möglich, hoher Wannenrand). Der Boden der Wanne ist glatt und schräg. Als es durch Seife auch noch rutschig wurde, bin ich tatsächlich ausgerutscht und konnte den Sturz gerade noch einigermassen abfangen, indem ich im Fallen den Handgriff erwischt habe (nur kleine Beule). Vorschlag: Rutschfeste Gummimatte in die Badewanne? (Und Handgriff wieder fest verankern. Ich weiss nicht, ob er vorher schon lose war).
