立地が良く静かで過ごしやすいホテルです
Pros:

立地抜群！
地下鉄U2の駅からも3分程で、路面電車乗り場もすぐ。
シュテファン大聖堂などの歴史地区にも徒歩15分位で散歩がてら出かけられます。
4分程でスーパーが2軒あるのでお買い物にも困りません。

特筆すべきは周囲の治安の良さと静けさ。
騒音など全くありませんでした。
造りもしっかりしているのか満室だったようなのに、他のお部屋からの声も聞こえませんでした。
お部屋もコンパクトですが使いやすい設えでした。

スタッフも皆さんとても感じが良く、日本語が話せる方もいます。
看板が良い感じで目立っていて見つけやすいのも助かりました。

Cons:

冷蔵庫が壊れていて、すぐに直す気はなさそうな感じでしたが、買ったものはスタッフ室の冷蔵庫に入れておいてくれました。

Мені все сподобалось. Для мене цей відкриття. "Тиша в центрі Відня". Дуже зручно, отель в межах рингу. Ніхто та ніщо тебе не турбує. Така тиша не зутрічається в великих містах. Приємні завтраки. Толерантний персонал. Приїду знову.

Das Hotel hat eine top Lage im 1. Bezirk und unser Zimmer war sehr sauber. Man wohnt preisgünstig und die Innenstadt ist ganz nah. Das Frühstück war gut. Wir hatten den Parkplatz in der Garage gebucht, weil wir Bedenken hatten, dass das zu Pfingsten ein Problem sein könnte. Tatsächlich kann man sich das Geld dafür an Feiertagen und vermutlich auch an Wochenenden sparen, weil das keine Wohngegend ist. Direkt vor dem Hotel gibt es reichlich freie Parkplätze, die alle unbenutzt waren. Besonders aufmerksam war, dass man uns am 2. Tag einen Ventilator ins Zimmer gestellt hat, als es warm wurde.

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bei Kosten von € 200/Nacht für ein Doppelzimmer.

Zentrale Lage, freundliches Personal, Zimmer sauber, Frühstück lieblos gerichtet, aber ausreichend.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage bei 40 Grad Celsius, Schlaf dadurch nur mit Unterbrechung und erst als in den Morgenstunden etwas kühlere Luft von aussen nach Öffnen des Fensters, Internet nur intermittierend erreichbar, Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen.

L'emplacement est idéal : au centre, tout est en étant très calme. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Le personnel est vraiment disponible. La chambre était très propre.
