Pros:

It was good location wise. Very near the tram stops. It is 2 stops from Schottentor which is where all the Trams converge to get you to other spots in the city. The main station is a short commute as well.

Kleines, aber feines Zimmer, kann ich weiterempfehlen!
Pros:

Das Hotelzimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Die Ausstattung war modern und bot alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der freundliche Service des Personals, das stets hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend war.

Die Lage des Hotels war ideal für meine Geschäftsreise.

Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen, der eine angenehme und stressfreie Geschäftsreise. Es war eine rundum positive Erfahrung!

Zentral und ruhig gelegenes gutes Mittelklassehotel mit kleinen Einschränkungen
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ruhig, aber nicht weit von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, ca. 1,5 km von Wien Mitte entfernt.
Das Zimmer mit Balkon war in Ordnung. Im Zimmer gibt es eine kleine Kaffee- und Teestation. Die Rezeption ist 24 h besetzt. Das Frühstück ist abwechlungsreich.

Cons:

Das Bad ist sehr klein, und eine Renovierung wäre angebracht. Die Flure sind schmal. Leider ist die Bar geschlossen, einen Hinweis, dass man ein eingeschränktes Angebot an Getränke an der Rezeption erhalten kann, habe ich nicht gesehen, wurde mir aber am nächsten Tag auf Nachfrage mitgeteilt.

Erst nach dem Abschluss der Renovierung wieder empfehlenswert

Hotel etwas abgewohnt aber ok - und in Renovierung, Lage - (sehr) gut, Frühstück OK

Cons:

Zimmer nebenann in Renovierung - von 7:00 bis 17:00 mit Schlagbohrmaschiene und Flex - Leider keine Ruhe möglich - Das schlimmste ist daß and er Rezeption mit "der fängt erst nach 9:00 an, oder der hört um 16:00 auf - auf die Beschwerden reagierrt wird.

Séjour à Vienne en couple réussi.
Pros:

Le buffet du petit déjeuner est fabuleux. Le personnel est attentif.
Quartier très calme, séjour reposant, situé à 2 arrêts de tram du centre-ville.
Plusieurs lignes passent à proximité.

Cons:

エレベーターが開いた瞬間は、廊下が真っ暗で降りた人間を感知するセンサーが働いて明かりが付く。省エネとはいえ、エレベーターの扉が開いた瞬間、家内は怖がった。
エレベーターの行き先階のボタンをおすと、廊下の明かりが先回りしてて点いていると良い。
