Excellent hôtel.
Pros:

Petite découverte : Boltzmann, c'est bien le fameux physicien (constant) Boltzmann dont l'hôtel porte le nom. D'ailleurs le centre de recherche mathématique et physique est en face. Proche centre-ville, facile d'accès, personnel agréable, chambre et lit confortables, petit-déjeuner copieux et variés.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, Straßenbahnanschluss und U- Bahn in der Nähe , auch zu Fuß schnell erreichbar!

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, die Toilette wirkt wie " reingequetscht" ..zwischen Badewanne und Waschbecken ( Ablage).....die Badtüre geht gerademal so zu , wenn man am WC sitzt...
Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen...
Habe mich erst über die vorhandene Badewanne gefreut, da ich liebend gerne ein Bad nehme, leider war kein Stöpsel da, um baden zu können...

The interios need some restauration. Also bathroom devices are a bit old and do not function quite propperly (eg. it was a bit of a challenge to mix cold and hot water for shower)

I will be back!
Pros:

The rooms are simple, but have everything you need. There is a small fridge and a kettle for a cup of tea or coffee.
The staff are all exceptionally friendly and try and assist you in any way or form. The breakfast is a smorgasboard of whatever you would like from scrambled eggs, to different breads, croissants, toasts, fresh cut meats and cheeses, breakfast cereals and a proper muesli with fruit. I do like a soft boiled egg for breakfast. So I asked the attendant - and to my surprise they were very happy to make one for me. Fantastic.
I will definitely retunr to Hotel Bolzmann on my next trip to Vienna. It is easily accessible by tram and only a few minutes from the tramstop away (note that if you go by Google Maps it will tell you to take tram 'D', but that means you will have to carry your luggage up a set of stairs!

Cons:

There is really nothing that I did not like. It is a simple hotel, nice artwork in the staircase and rooms ( I like to walk stairs - when I don't have luggage), small lift.
