The hotel was close to public transport and close to amenities. The staff were polite and helpful, the rooms were clean and tidy.
The double rooms would be better with one duvet rather than two singles. The heating wouldn't turn down and one of the pillows was very lumpy - we just didn't use that one. There was a huge stain on the bedroom wall as though a drink had been thrown at it. The cups could be bigger, I burnt my fingers on it.

War das erste Mal im Hotel, sehr gute Lage zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, extrem ruhige und wunderschöne Umgebung, Check-In schon früher, mein gewünschtes Zimmer reserviert bekommen, das Personal immer freundlich und sehr familiäre Atmosphäre im ganzen Hotel, war mit meinem Zimmer sehr zufrieden, etwas abgewohnt, dadurch merkt man aber, dass das Hotel sehr gut gebucht wird, störte mich nicht. Toller Ausblick zum Prater, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, charmantes Interieur, auch ein Kühlschrank ist vorhanden. Habe mich extrem wohlgefühlt, komme sehr gerne wieder!
