Great hotel
Pros:

Excellent location for shops and city centre activities.

Cons:

Everything was superb, the only tiny thing which could have been improved was the choice at breakfast. Everything served was excellent and very tasty, just some alternative options in the warm served food area would take the ratings even higher.

Best value for money!
Pros:

Location, location, location!!!!! Нам надо было пару дней перекантоваться перед рывком в горы, погулять, сделать шоппинг. Покидали отель утром, возвращались только спать. Для нашей задачи - идеальный отель. Pet Friendly

Amazing! Better than Ambassador!
Pros:

I had a single room (301). Simply the best! Cozy, perfectly cleaned, warm.
The breakfast is pretty poor but in Vienna you can just go and have tasty sandwiches all around!
Is perfectly located near Stephansdom, at the Steffl corner. It just became my favorite place in Vienna!

Ein schöner, aber sehr teuer Wochenendaufenthalt

Das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe, die Betten bequem. Sehr sauber und eine tolle Badewanne hat die Abende sehr angenehm gemacht. Das personal unaufdringlich und freundlich

Fabulous value for money.
Pros:

They upgraded me from a single to a double room on arrival. Everything I needed for my stay was in my room and the front desk were more than happy to help me if I needed anything. The breakfasts were great too and same with the beautiful interiors in the common areas. It was fantastic value for money

Cons:

It didn't have a gym as far as I was aware, but I spent most of the day walking, sightseeing and going to concerts and the opera, so this wasn't necessary at all.

Было так хорошо!
Pros:

Отель расположен так, что лучше быть не может: в самом центре , но в тихом переулке в 100метрах от торговой улицы.
Завтраки хорошие: овощи, фрукты, несколько видов сыра, колбасы и ,конечно, сосиски.
Персонал всегда готов объяснить, как пройти, как проехать, что посмотреть. Есть карта с историческим центром.

Cons:

Ванна и туалет раздельные. Туалет крохотный и дверь на сильной пружине. Если зазеваешься, то получишь в нос.
