Very nice 5-day our 1st visit Vienna, centrally located and very walkable to everything.
Pros:

Hotel in a historical building...We like the room was quite large enough for 2, clean, with a comfy bed and a shower (we requested vs. a bath); We are thankful to all staff, who were very helpful and accommodating for every question and request we had. Location - you can't ask for more: central, pedestrian streets near major attractions and great restaurants we can walk to easily...Overall - very positive and nice stay, very quiet room.

Cons:

The window in our room faces the internal courtyard - with nothing to look at, other than utility cables, and service/maintenance constructions...probably that is why it was very quiet throughout the day and at night.
Every morning around 10, they knock on the door to check on the use of refrigerator items until you put a "Do Not Disturb" sign.

Une semaine pleine pour visiter Vienne, avec l'hôtel comme point central pour rayonner
Pros:

Emplacement parfait, chambre très confortable avec belle hauteur de plafond, beau salon pour passer quelques moments relax dans l'hotel. Les patisseries du petit déjeuner étaient délicieuses

Cons:

La taille des verres du petit déjeuner nécessitant de se resservir souvent si besoin. Mais une serveur a gentiment proposé un plus grand verre.

Highly recommend this beautiful historic hotel; great location!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, impeccably maintained. Room was spacious and quiet. Bathroom also spacious and had good amount of counter space. Hotel staff was outstanding.

Cons:

We couldn’t make the room dark even with curtains drawn. Pillows are extremely minimal; needed 3 to make one normal pillow. Toilet paper holder cover is annoying.
Breakfast needs more variety (scrambled eggs were horrible, had a bowl of rotten fruit salad) and buffet should be continually restocked. It wasn’t.
