Pros:

Muy bueno el desayuno.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son muy estrechas. En la nuestra no había mesilla porque no entraba entre las camas, ni enchufe cerca de la cama, lo cual fue un problema para poner la máquina de respirar de mi marido.
El baño era muy pequeño, sentado en la taza, te das con los codos en la pared y la mampara de la ducha.
Si eres un poco grande, no entras en la ducha.

Budget-friendly but really comfortable
Pros:

It’s a 20-minute walk from the Rathaus (Town Hall) and even in that short stretch there are at least 8 restaurants. The closest subway stations are 7-8 minutes away. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the breakfast is excellent (by the way it says from 7:30 but at 7 everything is set up and it’s possible to eat). Nice staff also. Given the price, it’s a really convenient solution for people who don’t want to spend a fortune but do want a decent accommodation.

Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja około 15-18 min. spacerem od Innere Stadt. Przyjemna, spokojna okolica; niedaleko stacja metra i przystanki tramwajowe kilku linii. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie i pomocny, sympatyczny personel. Smaczne, bardzo obfite i różnorodne śniadanie. Wygodne łóżko. Czystość zadowalająca. Generalnie dobry stosunek jakości i lokalizacji do ceny.

Cons:

Niestety w pokoju nie było czajnika elektrycznego oraz lodówki co jest raczej powszechnym standardem, w dzisiejszych czasach w tego typu hotelach. Na podłodze w łazience znajdowały się pojedyńcze długie włosy.

freundliches Personal, aber leider alles verdreckt
Pros:

Bei meiner Ankunft war zufällig gerade ein Mitarbeiter vor der Tür, der extra seine Rauchpause unterbrach, um mich hineinzulassen und meine Schlüsselkarte zu holen. So musste ich die zugesandten Codes nicht heraussuchen, um das selbst zu machen. Die Zimmer haben leider keine Klimaanlage, bei meiner Ankunft war der Raum jedoch abgedunkelt und der Tischventilator lief auf höchster Stufe. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas, sogar "Omakaffee" aus der Filtermaschine. Statt frisch gepresster Früstückssäfte gibt es eisgekühlt Fruchtsaftlimonaden, was ich bei den Temperaturen gut finde. Für Teetrinker werden 8 verschiedene Sorten angeboten. Die Lage ist gut, eine U-Bahn und mehrere Busse und Straßenbahnen sind fußläufig erreichbar. Am Zimmer gibt es kostenloses, stabiles W-LAN.

Cons:

Leider ist die Sauberkeit unterirdisch. Im Zimmer waren alle Möbel mit einer dicken Staubschicht überzogen, der Spiegel am Kleiderschrank mit Fingerabdrücken übersät, am Ventilator klebten Haare, der Fensterrahmen war klebrig, der Zimmerboden staubig und die Fußleiste des Kleiderschrankes fleckig. Mein persönliches "Ekel-Highlight": unter dem Nachtisch (gut sichtbar) lag ein benutztes Taschentuch - igitt!! Nach der ersten Nacht wurde das Bad geputzt und ein zusätzliches Handtuch deponiert, aber z.B. der Müll nicht geleert. Nach der zweiten Nacht wurde gleich gar nichts mehr gemacht. Generell ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen, gesplitterte Steckdosen, abgeschlagene Möbel, rostige Mülleimer und ein großer Sprung im Waschbecken vermitteln aber einen sehr ungepflegten Gesamteindruck. Die TV-Fernbedienung funktioniert nicht. Die Infos sind fehlerhaft, so ist bei einem Brand laut Aushang der ÖAMTC (120) zu verständigen statt der Feuerwehr (122). Insgesamt macht alles einen "lieblosen" Eindruck.
Auch im Frühstücksraum ging es weiter - im Besteckkorb lagen schmutzige Messer, die "Safttheke" war fleckig und der täglich sinkende Pegel im Getränkespender ließ vermuten, dass hier nicht nur nicht aufgefüllt, sondern vermutlich die Behälter auch nicht täglich entleert und gereinigt wurden. An beiden Tagen musste ich mir morgens erst selbst einen Tisch abräumen, da auf ausnahmslos jedem freien Tisch schmutziges Geschirr stand. Menagen sind nur an etwa der Hälfte der Tische vorhanden (man muss an einem anderen Tisch ums "Ausleihen" bitten), Müllbehälter fast nirgends.
Mir persönlich ist Sauberkeit wichtig, daher brach ich meinen Aufenthalt nach zwei Nächten ab und suchte mir eine andere Unterkunft. Meine verfrühte Abreise wurde an der Rezeption lediglich mit einem "Aha" zur Kenntnis genommen. Schade, hier wird die Möglichkeit vergeben, doch noch einen versöhnlichen Eindruck zu hinterlassen oder Fehler zu beheben.
