Sehr schöner Altbau mit Flair. Tee mit Kuchen jeden Nachmittag für die Gäste war eine schöne Geste. Das Personal war äußerst serviceorientiert und sehr freundlich. Lage: in schöner Gegend, 5-10Min zu Fuß in die Stadt

Sicuramente la punta di diamante è la colazione, sia per la varietà e qualità dei prodotti che per l’atmosfera nelle sale colazione. Inoltre, moltissimi opzioni vegan, cosa non scontata.
Per quanto riguarda la stanza, letto comodo e bagno molto ampio con bellissima doccia.
Posizione buona per visitare la zona dei musei e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro e le altri servizi pubblici. Quartiere residenziale pieno di piccoli locali caratteristici.

We had a truly wonderful five-night stay at Altstadt Vienna, which genuinely lives up to its promise of being a “home from home.” From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly and incredibly helpful, setting the tone for the rest of our visit. Our room was stylish, spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and the added luxury of a bath — a real treat after long days exploring the city. Breakfast each morning was superb. We particularly loved the special daily wellness shot and the freshly prepared hot options. Afternoon tea was another highlight — such a delicious and civilised touch. The pianist playing on Friday and Saturday was the perfect accompaniment. The location of this hotel is excellent: perfect for exploring Vienna on foot, while also being close to the city’s efficient and very affordable public transport network. We would return in a heartbeat and look forward to discovering another of the hotel’s beautifully individual rooms.

Very nice large suites and calm atmosphere! Don’t let the entrance fool U, when entering your room/suite you will be overjoyed at how nicely the room is decorated with famous architects and designers such as Josef Frank among others. Very good Breakfast and Afternoon Tea with a very talented pianist, who play classical pieces without notes! The Hotels taxi transfer from and to the hotel also performed well in time.

Cool og charmerende hotel med lækker morgenmadsbuffet og utrolig venligt personale. Dejligt stort værelse med fin udsigt over byens tage.

A lovely stylish hotel, great breakfast and helpful staff. Location was good, safe and quiet, lots of vintage shops and places to eat, nice to be not in the middle of the tourist area, yet only a 10 minute walk to museums and 15 minutes to Old Town

Wir haben uns von Anfang an Wohl gefühlt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, herzlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist toll, in wenigen Minuten ist man Mitten im 1. Bezirk und auch in der näheren Umgebung finden sich einige Lokale und Geschäfte. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Absolute Empfehlung.

What a great hotel in a quiet and peaceful environment! It is an example of hospitality: friendly staff, warm and cozy rooms! Adding a royal breakfast at a home-like salon with beautiful piano music. We felt like at home and it was sad to leave! Thank you!

Excellent stay! Everything was perfect — the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
