Ein super schönes Hotel, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, zentral und doch ruhig. Besonders genossen haben wir das hervorragende und vielfältige Frühstück. Sämtliches Personal ist sehr freundlich, nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich hier pudelwohl, fast wie zu Hause. Bei unserer nächsten Wienreise kommen wir zu 100% wieder.
la posizione è ottima, un pò defilata dal centro più turistico ma vicinissima a tutto, il quartiere è bellissimo e pieno di bar e negozi stupendi.
La camera è silenziosissima e spaziosa.

La stanza è buia, l'affaccio è interno sui muri del palazzo.
Il bagno ha una porta a vetri e la doccia ha un vetro trasparente che da sulla stanza. Non c'è molta privacy
Il letto è piuttosto scomodo e duro.
L'hotel è un pò confuso la reception non è all'ingresso e sembra tutto un pò dispersivo
L'atrio e le scale sono molto fredde, sembra di stare in un condominio più che in un hotel

Das Hotel ist super schön, zentral gelegen zwischen der wunderschönen Altstadt und der Haupteinkaufsstraße Wiens. Das Frühstück ist wirklich mega lecker und der inbegriffene Nachmittagstee mit frisch hausgebackenem Kuchen übertrifft die ohnehin schon übertroffenen Erwartungen noch mehr.
Das Tollste dort ist für uns aber das Personal. Die Leute sind so freundlich und herzlich, dass man gar nicht anders kann als sich wohlzufühlen.
Es ist teilweise recht hellhörig, die Betten waren für uns zu weich und die Kunst, die überall im Hotel zu finden ist, ist vielleicht nicht immer jedermann's Sache, aber das ist unterm Strich total egal.
