Positiv kann ich nur den telefonischen Kundenkontakt bewerten, die Person war sehr freundlich und bemüht, wenngleich sie letztendlich auch nicht helfen konnte.

Cons:

Gebucht wurde ein Zimmer plus Parkplatz in der Parkgarage. Die Garage war aufgrund einer Baustelle nicht nutzbar, darüber wusste niemand Bescheid. Eine Alternative konnte auch nach mehreren Telefonaten nicht geboten werden, ich musste in der Kurzparkzone parken.
Im Hotel wurde gerade gereinigt, der Gang zum Zimmer war ein Hindernislauf über Schmutzwäsche, Geräte, Getränkedosen.
Das Zimmer roch extrem nach Rauch, auf Nachfrage wurde ein alternatives Zimmer zugewiesen - mit der Zusage, den Türcode in 2 bis 3 Minuten zuzusenden. Als ich diesen nach ca. 10 Minuten noch nicht bekommen hatte, wollte ich telefonisch nachfragen, plötzlich war jedoch niemand erreichbar. Auf Nachrichten per Mail und SMS bekam ich keine Reaktion. Nach ca. 25 Min. und mehrmaligen Kontaktversuchen habe ich das Hotel verlassen und eine Alternative gebucht. ( war übrigens problemlos, ganz in der Nähe, sauber, günstig und mit Garage). Das einzig Gute das ich anführen kann, ist die Rückerstattung meiner Zahlung, wenngleich auch mehrere Mails erforderlich waren und es eineinhalb Monate gedauert hat.
Keine Empfehlung von mir! Ich rate von einer Buchung ab.

Na přespání stačí. Znovu bych se neubytovala.
Pros:

Kousek od nádraží, cca 15 minut pěšky.

Cons:

Nebylo moc čisto, koupelna mohla být lépe vyčištěná.
Televize- přístup k internetu je super, ale měli byste mít vstup nějak regulovaný. Po předchozím návštěvníkovi byly otevřené stránky pro dospělé..pokud by se ubytovala rodina s dětmi, mohla by to být velice nepříjemná situace. Mělo by to být blokované nebo by to měl personál kontrolovat.

Posizione ben servita da mezzi pubblici .
Check in automatico fa risparmiare tempo.

Cons:

In camera ho trovato nel cassetto del comodino vicino al letto: carta di caramelle da buttare e un pacchetto di sigarette da buttare. Il servizio di pulizia doveva essere più accurato, visto che il comodino è a portata di mano !
Mi dispiace perché per il resto la camera era pulita.
