Pros:

-Smidig incheckning, man får allt på mail.
-Mini-kyl
-Väldigt bra AC.
-Ligger ganska centralt för priset.

Cons:

-Högljudd bilväg precis utanför. Störde sömnen rätt mycket.
-Badrummet var inte särskilt bra städat, det var fortfarande kissfläckar på toalettsitsen när jag kom dit.

Pros:

Чудове розташування,можна пішки дійти до більшості визначних пам'яток Відня.

Cons:

Не сподобалося ставлення персоналу до прибирання.Попросили освіжити номер,але були замінені рушники,сміття не викинули з ванної кімнати та з туалету.Другий раз залишили табличку на дверях з проханням прибрати,але це було проігноровано

Pros:

Otelde bulunan bayan görevli otopark sorunumuzla ilgilendi.

Önünden tramvay hattı geçtiği için ulaşım problemi
olmuyor.

Cons:

Otoparkının ücretli olması
Bize gönderilen Mail de otopark ile ilgili bilgilendirme detaylı açıklama yapılmadığından ilk durumda sorun yaşadık. Ama orda bulunan kat görevlisi bizimle ilgilenip sorunumuz çözdü.

Ubicación, limpieza y atención excelente
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, justo en frente está la parada del tranvía que conecta con el centro, además tiene cerca varios supermercados.
La habitación y el hotel estaban súper limpios.
La atención del personal tanto por Booking como en persona ha sido excepcional, en especial la ayuda de Adriana.

Cons:

Es una pena que no dispongan de recepción y que justo en la entrada al hotel esté el cuarto de la basura ya que huele bastante.
No tienen persianas en la habitación y entra la luz del sol todo el tiempo.

Pros:

Very good access to public transportation (tram, bus, underground).
Spare & Bio (stores) are exactly next to the hotel & two Caffè & bakery are on the opposite of the hotel, good choices for breakfast with economic prices.
Clean bed & room, good air-conditioning, refrigerator & elec. kettle.
We accommodated at the south-face room and enjoyed the sun & natural lighting.
Finally, Kind staff.

Cons:

Too firm/hard pillows.
Hairdryer was out of service.
Bathroom floor was dirty & dusty.
Toilet type was terrible & too unusual.
The luggage storage is only available from 5:00 pm, and it's not mentioned in hotel description at the Booking.com. just when you book the hotel, you will find it in booking confirmation email.
The bad smell could be felt in main entrance lobby & floors corridors sometimes!!!
