Excellent hotel with a lot of charm and great beds in an excellent area for visiting Vienna
Pros:

Very well situated, the hotel offers basic, clean and comfortable rooms with good beds. Value for money was good. We didn't have breakfast there, so can't review it. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

The hotel is located on the 3rd and 4th floor of a building, the elevator is small, and it might surprise people at first. It's a small place, so you can't be claustrophobic! It's great for an overnight stay though.

Pros:

Posizione ottima. Vicino a tutte le principali attrazioni e con moltissimi ristoranti vicino. Parcheggio a due passi con ricarica auto elettrica. Colazione varia sia dolce che salata

pokój nie był dostępny o wskazanej godzinie ze względu na awarię w łazience, jak zostałem poinformowany przez obsługę. w czasie procesu rezerwacji na booking.com zostałem wprowadzony w błąd, że dokonuję rezerwacji pokoju wraz ze śniadaniem, nie miejscu okazało się, że śniadanie nie jest opłacone a koszt za jedno śniadanie wynosi 25euro.

Consigliatissimo, ci tornerei molto volentieri.
Pros:

Innanzitutto la posizione, assolutamente centrale e vicinissima alle principali attrazioni. Ottima colazione, camera bella, confortevole e pulita. E vorrei particolarmente ringraziare lo staff, chi ci ha aiutati a risolvere un problema appena prima di partire.

Pros:

Center location, next to private parking. The location does not have parking included. They offer just a discount for the overall costs.

Cons:

Cleaning. Toilet seat was not cleaned, long time not changed, stained and not hygienic. This is unacceptable and it is not expensive to change it looking at the price per night charge.

The glasses from the room were not changed for days, they were also not well cleaned, had lipstick stains. Honesty this is mandatory and I dont recommend the hotel in future.

Also, no conditioner, body lotion, not higher quality shower gel as I would have expected from a boutique hotel.
