Excellent location and a very comfortable stay
Pros:

The location was excellent, just a few metres from Stephansplatz and, in particular, very convenient for the U1 underground line. The staff were very friendly and helpful, including when I needed assistance with an administrative issue.
The breakfast was good and served in a pleasant, quiet atmosphere. The bathroom was well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The room was a little small, but what I missed most was having a second chair. It would have made the room more comfortable, especially for two guests.
One minor issue concerned the billing. I had booked a rate with breakfast included, so I expected the room and breakfast to appear as a single item rather than as two separate charges. However, this may be related to the way the booking was processed through Booking.com rather than to the hotel itself.

Muy recomendable
Pros:

Very quaint hotel with an excellent location steps from everything you want to see, wonderful staff, and breakfast
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. The location was perfect. The bed was comfortable. The room and bathroom were spacious. You have to just take take into account that it is an old building and it’s very old school touches , with large keys that you leave at the front desk. The staff is very friendly and personable, and the breakfast was excellent and a good value

Cons:

The TV was small, no Netflix option . The lobby was small otherwise it was fine.
