Gute Lage und netter Gastgeber, aber Zimmer leider ungemütlich, sehr abgewohnt und Straßenlärm bei geschlossenen Fenster

Gastgeber war vor Ort bei Ankunft und sehr freundlich; gute Lage

Cons:

Badezimmer: Leitungen undicht, bei der Dusche kam kein Wasser, Kaffee/Erfrischungsecke: war unsauber, Tee sollte angeboten werden,
Schlafzimmer: Fenster sind undicht, sehr lautes Verkehrsgeräusch von der Gumpendorfer Str.,
Bett: Decken und Polster waren alt, haben etwas streng gerochen, und waren ungemütlich

Einmalige Location
Pros:

Dass einem der Hotelbetreiber persönlich das am Abend vorbestellte Frühstück aufs Zimmer bringt ist schon einzigartig. Kein Gedränge im Frühstücksraum, kein anstellen auf Kaffee, toll.
Die Zimmer sind groß. Das Hotel liegt in einer Seitenstraße, man ist aber in 3 min an einer Haltestelle von U-Bahn, Straßenbahn und Bus. Wir hatten einen Garagenplatz mit gebucht. Diese liegt in einem Nebenhaus, der Gastgeber fuhr mit mir mit, gab mir dafür einen Transponder zum öffnen des Tores, der Weg zurück zum Hotel ist zu Fuß keine 5 min. Vorteil: Die Garage ist verschlossen und hat großzügige Plätze (für große SUV ideal).

Great value with frienfdly host.
Pros:

The owner is very nice, speaks good English and would give a lot of local advice (restaurants, sites, transportation) upon request. Our room was extremely spacious, comfortable, and awesomely decorated!

Cons:

Minor: need a short bus ride to reach city attractions, but this bus is very frequent and comfortable.

Het ontbijt was fantastisch! Je kon bestellen wat je wilde en het ontbijt werd op de kamer geserveerd. Een prima locatie. En een buitengewoon vriendelijke en behulpzame beheerder.

Total schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Lage perfekt um das Raimundtheater zu erreichen. Sehr freundlicher Hotelier. Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Es gibt keinen Lift, war für uns aber kein Problem.

Todo estuvo excelente. El anfitrión, un auténtico caballero. Muy atento y servicial. El apartamento está muy bien ambientado. La ubicación, si bien no es en el centro de la ciudad, es muy buena, porque es un barrio tranquilo y el tranvía está literalmente a la vuelta de la esquina, y funciona muy bien.
El desayuno: exquisito.
Absolutamente recomendable.

Todo nos gustó, quedamos sumamente satisfechos.

Es war ein Gefühl wie vor 100 Jahren, voll cool, es hatte 25,5 Grad, weil ich um ein warmes Zimmer gebeten hatte. Alles sehr sauber, Frühstück wurde ins Zimmer gebracht, alles gut geklappt. Sehr Weiter zum Empfehlen
