Tarihi bir binada konakladık.Kişisel olarak harikaydı.
Pros:

Merkeze yakın olması,tesisi cazip kılıyor.Çalışanlar çok kibarlar ve yardımcı oluyorlar.
Odalar çok temiz, konaklamak için tavsiye ediyorum.

Cons:

Kahvaltı olarak biraz zayıf ama Avrupa’da standartlarında göre normal.

La cama y almohadas eran super comodisimas ,dormí en el cielo ,el desayuno muy correcto ,el personal del comedor muy amable ,un lugar para descansar y disfrutar de la ciudad por su ubicacion muy cercana a lo que es el centro con vida de la ciudad

La recepcionista me pareció poco profesional ,cuadrada ,mi mujer con educación le solicite si le podía ubicar en una habitaciones en un piso mas alto ,no el primero y me dijo Nooooo ,sin ningún tipo de explicación, he trabajado en recepcion y una sonrisa con una linda palabra siempre es bien aceptada ,su labor es facilitarle al cliente una agradable estancia y jamás pronunciar Nooooo ,explicalo, convencerle, que crea que tiene la mejor habitación del hotel pero no le digas Noooo y lo ignores puesto que el producto lo paga ,no se lo estáis regalando ,la sal puede estropear una comida aunque los ingredientes sean de primera

Very friendly staff. A very warm atmosphere in general. Location can not be beat. Right in the middle of the action, five minutes from the U-bahn and S-Bahn, nearly every attraction in the innerstadt is within a 25-minute walk.

Cons:

While in some ways the hotel had a nice vintage feel, in many others it just felt old, almost like visiting an elderly grandparent or great-grandparent. Additionally, there was a small extent of disrepair.

Buena elección!!
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo. A 15 minutos caminando se llega a la estación de tren, a 2 minutos el metro. Se ubica en una calle cortada lo que hace que sea muy tranquilo estando en pleno centro histórico.
El desayuno es muy completo y amplio el horario en que lo sirven. El hotel es de estilo antiguo pero muy limpio y bien conservado, las habitaciones cómodas y prolijas, muy buena calefacción, casi por demás y eso que tuvimos temperaturas bajo cero.
La relación precio calidad es perfecta teniendo en cuenta que Viena es una ciudad cara.
Mire muchas opciones para reservar hotel en Viena, ya que era la primera vez que iba y quede muy conforme, volvería a elegirlo.
