Muy buen hotel
Pros:

Habitación amplia y muy buena ubicación. A pesar de parecer un hotel antiguo está muy bien conservado y mantenido.

Cons:

La entrada al hotel y el ascensor que posee no es tan práctico para ingresar con valijas y un coche de bebé.

Séjour dans un hôtel plein de charme
Pros:

L’hôtel Austria est très bien situé, les chambres parfaites, très propres et calmes. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité. Les membres du personnel que nous avons vus ont tous été très sympathiques, disponibles et nous ont aidé dans nos démarches pour appeler un taxi avec beaucoup de gentillesse.

Comfortable stay in the old town, 10-15 minutes walk to to the center
Pros:

The hotel is very nice, and though the rooms are a bit dated they are very clean. Breakfast was very good with a good variety of options.

Cons:

Arriving by private car, one needs to proceed up a one way alley to drop off luggage and to check in. You must then back down to the street and drive to an underground parking area a few minutes away. Not a great problem, but you should be aware. Arriving by taxi/ uber would likely deposit you at hhe stree end of the alleyway.

There is one elevator that accomodates 4 persons without luggage, or 2 with carry-on. a wide staircase also serves all 3 floors.

Posizione ottima, puoi visitare tutto a piedi, nonostante sia in pieno centro le camere sono silenziose, colazione ottima e personale super gentile e disponibile e cosa per noi molto importante parlano e capiscono l’italiano.

Cons:

The room layout was extremely poor and unsafe. The space between the bed and the TV was far too narrow, making it very easy to accidentally hit the television while passing by. Unfortunately, this is exactly what happened — my shoulder touched the TV and it fell, causing the screen to break.

Despite this being clearly related to the impractical and unsafe room design, the hotel charged me €350 for a TV that costs around €290–€300 online. I find this charge unfair and excessive.

Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and I would not stay at this hotel again.

Nice stay at a traditional hotel
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and had a good breakfast. The beds were very comfortable. Good location.

Cons:

Unfortunately our room was on the second floor just above where everyone went outside for a smoke break and we couldn’t keep our windows open because the smell of smoke kept coming in our room. Also, the shower has very low water pressure on the hotter setting.

Ottima esperienza!
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in questo albergo a Vienna e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. La posizione è centralissima, perfetta per visitare comodamente la città a piedi. Lo staff è cordiale, in particolare Piero, che ringraziamo per i consigli ☺️
La colazione è stata ottima, con un’ampia scelta di prodotti di qualità. Un soggiorno assolutamente piacevole che consiglio senza esitazione!
