Pros:

Hotel in posizione vicinissima alla metro e vicina alla stazione dei treni. Camera molto confortevole con scrivania e frigorifero e spaziosa così come il bagno.

Cons:

Purtroppo non ci è stato detto al check in che la pulizia della camera andava richiesta. Dopo il secondo giorno che la camera non veniva pulita ho chiesto alla reception, ma la mattina successiva avremmo lasciato l'hotel. Credo sia importante informare i clienti all'arrivo.

Pros:

Do hotelu jezdíme několik let. Díky změně řetězce nastalo i pár hotelových změn - třeba snídaně, za nás o něco lepší než dříve. Nicméně vše je blízko, takže se určitě znovu vrátíme.

Cons:

Úklid se trošku zhoršil a hlavně se změnili úžasné sprchové gely 😔. Dostali jsme také jiný pokoj než jsme měli objednaný, náš bohužel nebyl dostupný.

Conveniently located close to the station. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good value for money.

Good location and a comfortable room.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the breakfast service was disappointing. During peak hours, around 8 a.m., it could take about 20 minutes to refill missing items, and there were not enough places to sit.

The biggest issue was the cleaning service, which was completely missed for most of our stay, even after we requested it at reception in the morning. A few times, I had to go to reception myself to get towels and toilet paper instead of having staff come and provide the service that should have been done.

This is an area that really needs improvement. When you choose a hotel from a well-known chain, you expect a certain standard of service.

Cons:

I have booked one month in advance and request high floor room, but they gave me handicap room on ground floor. Moreover, they did not inform this condition before I paid. After I came back to reception to complain and asked for another type of room, they said no.
