Pros:

Lokacija blagovaonice je na prolazu i nije dobra. Hrana je zadovoljavajuća i izbor je uredu.

Cons:

Jako loša zvučna izolacija u hotelu, sve se čuje kroz zidove i kroz vrata.

Great stay in a great location
Pros:

Staff were helpful and supportive. The hotel room was clean and big enough for 3 adults to have space. Easy access. Great location. Not too long a walk from the centre.

Cons:

Cleaning has to be done and the equipment needs to go somewhere. The corridors/stairwell are quite small so this was I'm the way but I'm not sure what else or where else these things could go. This is a small and petty thing to comment on but it's the only thing I didn't like.

The first, but not the last stay
Pros:

Everything was perfect - starting with localisation (walking distance from Hauptbahnhof) ending with the facilities. The room was spatious, beds comfy, staff very kind, breakfast very satisfying. Next time in Vienna I will definitely choose Four Points Flex by Sheraton again.

Cons:

The elevator in the building 2 can be a bit scary as it is narrow and the light is on only a few seconds after the doors close. Not for claustrophobic individuals. However, it did not disturb me.
