櫃檯員工親切積極，早上抵達就能夠check in並迅速安排房間，這點很有幫助。旅館位置也很方便，走路2分鐘到地鐵，8分鐘左右到火車總站，離主要景點都不遠。對面也有超市，附近也有餐廳及自助洗衣店。床舒服，睡得很好，也有熱水壺。浴室有浴缸可泡澡，也有毛巾架。整體住得舒服。

可清楚聽到走廊說話及關門聲音，不過晚上睡覺時是安靜的。吃早餐時，看到有糖霜的麵包上有螞蟻，不過反映後，工作人員有迅速處理。

Pros:

Das Hotel und besonders unser Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Personal (Housekeeping, Rezeptionistin, …) alle waren sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt. Nur 3 Minuten zum Bahnhof. Der Kaffee schmeckte und war 24 Stunden immer frisch. Vielen Dank für alles. Es hat sich gelohnt hier zu buchen 👍

Prima kamer en ontbijt, dicht bij het stadscentrum. Vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

We hadden hele "rumoerige" buren die tot 5 uur s ochtends lawaai maakten, dichtslaande deuren en ergens iemand die rookte, denk vanuit het raam, waardoor wij het raam maar dichtgedaan hebben. Kan het hotel weinig aan doen
