Blízkost k vídeňské ZOO a Schönbrunu.

Cons:

Chyběla klimatizace a přímo k oknu vedl žebřík, a tak při teplém počasí jste buď trpěli teplem nebo se mohli strachovat, zda vám v noci někdo nevleze otevřeným oknem do pokoje.

Lovely hotel, but rooms lack AC and get very hot in the summer.
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a quiet location. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Clean room.

Cons:

The room had no air conditioning, and during 36°C heat it was extremely difficult to sleep. The room felt like a sauna. A fan was provided, and the staff kindly brought us an additional one, but even with 2 fans, it made little difference. We ultimately had to move to another hotel after the first night.
The hotel is also a bit of a walk from the tram stop, although it was a pleasant walk during the summer evening.
