Hotellin ulkopuolella oli tietyö, mutts parkkipaikka ssstiin ihan viereen. A
Aamiainen oli hyvä ja runsas sekä hotellin yleiset tilat olivat viihtyisät.

Cons:

Suihkun letku oli vioittunut , joten vesi tuli heikolla paineella.
Säätila oli kuima, joten pieni ilmastointipuhallin ei millään riittänyt.

Pros:

The location was excellent, just a few steps from Schönbrunn, and the staff was fun, friendly, and helpful. The staff was the best part of the hotel.

Cons:

The view from the room, outdated furniture, and the bedroom was tucked away deep inside the hotel, so it didn’t have a window. Also, poor soundproofing from the neighboring room's bathroom and toilet.

10 minut pieszo do Schönbrun :) 20 minut spacerkiem do metra:) miły personel, pokoje komfortowe, codziennie sprzątane :) bardzo dobre śniadania z pysznym, cieplutkim pieczywem:) Polecam pobyt w horelu:)

Location close to Schonbrunn and zoo.

Cons:

No air conditioning in the summer heat. We appreciate that a fan was available.
Very confusing parking. Even if the streets around seem to be closed to the traffic. You need to leave a cash deposit in exchange for a card to be placed in the car, in addition to the payment that is also in cash. The deposit is useless and complicates things if you just arrived and you don't have cash.... Also the instructions on where to park the car were confusing.

Très bien placé par rapport aux transports en commun , bon petit déjeuner , parking gratuit pour la voiture

Cons:

Chambre trop petite pour 4 personnes , Lit d'appoint pour une adolescente qui n'était pas confortable du tout, et il manque vraiment la climatisation dans la chambre

**A wonderful authentic hotel within walking distance of the zoo**

We were very happy with our stay. This is a hotel with real atmosphere and character — you can feel the history behind it, not just another faceless chain property.

The staff deserve a special mention. Friendly, attentive, and — most importantly for us — incredibly welcoming to our dog. That's always a sign of true hospitality.

The location is perfect: the zoo is just a short, pleasant walk away.

One thing worth knowing in advance: it can get warm in the rooms during summer. Our room had no air conditioning, only a fan. Not a dealbreaker, but worth checking ahead if you're visiting in the warmer months.

Overall — highly recommended. Especially for those who appreciate a sense of place and are looking for something more than just a bed for the night.

I’d say 4 out 10 if you have no where to crash over night but if you are traveling with a baby 1-3 and other kids pay ex
Pros:

The guy concierge was nice and found parking right next to a hotel, offered us bus tickets down town but instead recommended and got us a cab so 10 out 10

Cons:

No air conditioning just a penny air blower
Everything is old and looks like post Soviet Union style with a little touch up
Smells horrible
No free water tea or coffee
No refrigerator
Breakfast is like brunch
