Pros:

Zimmer war tadellos sauber.

Cons:

Baustellenlärm vor dem Haus. Parkgebühren von 12 Euro pro Tag für einen öffentlichen Parkplatz.

It is an excellent choice to enjoy a pleasant stay in one of Europe's most beautiful cities.
Pros:

A very nice hotel in the historic villa district of the city, with a typical Viennese flair, surrounded by beautiful gardens and charming tree-lined streets. It is located near Schloss Schönbrunn. Although it is not in the city center, nearby tram and metro stations make it easy and quick to get downtown. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean, cozy, and quiet, with high ceilings and large windows overlooking a green street or the garden.

Für eine Nacht war es in Ordnung, mehrere Nächte würde ich dort nicht verbringen wollen.
Pros:

Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett, es gab einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

Cons:

Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Als wir vor Ort waren, betrug die Außentemperatur 36°. Trotz zugezogener Vorhänge, war es in dem Zimmer fast nicht auszuhalten. Ein Ventilator war vorhanden, hat jedoch auch nicht geholfen die Temperatur zu senken. Nachts hatten wir dann beide Fenster weit geöffnet, leider war die Hotelbeleuchtung und die Straßenbeleuchtung dann etwas störend.
