There was a little confusion with the check in but it was not intentional and the staff and all the rest definitely made
Pros:

The location is great, the facilities and I loved that there was a coffee maker and enough coffee capsules for the whole stay.

Pros:

Great location in one of the nicest parts of Vienna, great facilities, comfortable and spacious room. Fan was provided for the heat too. Self-check-in was easy to do. Was very reasonably priced for Vienna. Overall was a great deal, would stay again.

Cons:

Would recommend making a note of all of their contact information before arriving - had an issue with the hot water (not the hotel's fault) but trying to report it in a "staffless" hotel wasn't straightforward! The phone number provided in the room didn't work so I had to search out another, which took a while but was a minor inconvenience overall.

Pros:

Super Lage, gute Matratze und Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber. Viele Schränke und mit Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine ist man gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Leider staute sich die Hitze der vorangegangenen Woche im ganzen Haus und im Zimmer. Die Wärme wollte nicht entweichen. Trotz offenem Fenster wurde es nicht kühler und es gab die Geräusche der Straße noch obendrauf.

Cómodo y práctico
Pros:

Muy cómodo y práctico nos costó el ingreso porque había un tema con la clave que no funcionaba, y nos tocó llamar a un operador para que se nos pudiera entregar la llave, el resto tiene una excelente ubicación y es muy limpio, práctico para pocos días, para que lo tengan en cuenta no tienes contacto con personal en físico así que puede ser difícil para personas mayores. La zona es súper bonita y te queda cerca de casi todo, hay restaurantes Y cafés al lado.

Cons:

no tienes contacto con personal físico así que puede ser difícil para personas mayores, si pasa algo te toca llamar no es 24 horas, si te pasa algo en las horas de no atención es un problema porque te toca esperar el horario de atención.

Pros:

It was in a good location, and checkin was super easy.

Cons:

The room was on a busy road so it was very noisy. We were there during hot days and without air-conditioning, so had to leave the windows open too. Beds weren't very comfortable.

Great location and facilities
Pros:

Great location. Not too central that you’re in the middle of the busy areas but still within walking distance from them. Tram stop (D) right next to the accommodation to avail of excellent Vienna transport system. Tram (D) will take you directly to / from the HBF. Train line also within walking distance. Excellent amenities within room.

Not coming back
Pros:

Close to metro stations (7-8 min walk).
Close to Uni Wien (3 min walk).
Close to city center (~12 min walk).
Lots of bars & restaurants around - one on the ground floor, several more at 100 metres away.

Cons:

Cleanliness: AWFUL. We found cigarette butts on the floor in the bathroom and very stinky leftovers in the nightstand near the bed.

Comfort: BAD. There was no air conditioning and the building gets so hot, that the first night, when outside were ~25°C, inside it was impossible to sleep even with the fan on max and windows open; we had to go outside to chill. The next 3 days outside was quite cold, but the building still felt like a heated oven.

Noise: Nightmare. The tram is exactly under the window (even with windows closed, it still is noisy).
