Обслуживание превзошло ожидания
Pros:

Самое качественное обслуживание в моей жизни. Мы остановились всего на две ночи. Когда мы пришли с прогулки на второй день, то обнаружили что в номере прошла уборка. Мы были очень приятно удивлены! (Но немного расстроились, что забрали наши бутылки, которые мы хотели сдать на переработку)

В номере есть кофемашина, предоставляется много разных средств гигиены.

Очень интересная система выдачи ключей. Мы 10мин ходили по коридорам пока не поняли где находятся ключи и как их достать. Но это не минус, очень интересный опыт

Расположение прекрасное. Это менее туристический район, но комнаты находятся очень близко к центру. Вокруг тихо, заведения чуть дешевле.

Кроме того, Вена поразила своей красотой и комфортом, а этот объект размещения отлично дополнил впечатления

La habitación me encantó. Tenia heladerita, para preparar cafe. Tienen un espacio en comun muy lindo con todo lo que se necesite. Jarras para calentar agua, cubiertos, etc.
Estab cerca de los supermercados. La linea de tranvía a la vuelta. La verdad excelente todo.

the room was super clean and self check-in was so easy with video description.

Cons:

the bed was not that comfortable but for a couple of days it was ok. the street was busy, so it was noisy. no air conditioner was challenging.

Cons:

Şifreli giriş iyi değil. Bu kadar yoğun bir yerde resepsyon ve ilgilenen bir kişi olmalı. Bir tane temizlikçi kadın var. Asansör yok. Valiz odası yok, çamaşırhaneye koyduk valizlerimizi. Otel merkezi yerlere uzak. Fazla para kazanmak için resepsyon çalıştırmıyorlar ama fiyat diğer yerlerle aynı.

Está bien ubicado, además tiene un supermercado a la vuelta de la esquina por si necesitas algo. El tranvía también está en la puerta.

É bom para o inverno quando não precisa de ar condicionado.
Pros:

Limpeza, localização boa com bares perto e local seguro. A possibilidade de deixar mochila depois do check-out foi muito bom. O self check-in é muito bom e com as instruções por e-mail não há erro.
Máquina de café no quarto com alguma cápsulas de brinde, shampoo e condicionador disponível.

Cons:

A falta do ar condicionado, o quarto é muito quente no verão! E deixando as janelas abertas, há muito barulho do bonde que passa logo abaixo.
