Pros:

Die Dame am Empfang war bemüht zu helfen und freundlich

Cons:

Fenster undicht ( Vorhang flatterte bei geschlossenen Fenster) Matratzen 100 Jahre alt und die Federn stehen durch, Föhn nicht vorhanden wie beschrieben
Steckdose im Bad kaputt
Lift wegen Alter extrem laut und in Kombination mit einer fehlenden Tür zum Vorraum natürlich in der Nacht nicht auszuhalten
Manager über 2 Tage ( Werktage ) nicht erreichbar obwohl er mit dem Personal kommuniziert hat. Booking musste eingeschaltet werden da die zweite Nacht bereits bezahlt war und keine Lösung angeboten wurde obwohl steht das die Stornierung immer möglich sei

Ich würde nie mehr kommen.
Pros:

Die Lage war okay und die Dame an der Rezeption freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig, man hört von den Nachbarn JEDES Wort.
Das Bett wurde anscheinend nicht neu bezogen da fremde Haare auf den Polsterbezug waren!
Aus der Matratze schaut wahrscheinlich eine Fedee hinaus, die beim Schlafen störte und in dem Rücken hineindrückte…
Außerdem waren die Fenster sehr alt und man konnte alles von draußen hören, so als wäre kein Fenster
vorhanden.
Außerdem gibt es keinen Föhn.

Pros:

Angesichts des Preises ein einfaches sauberes Zimmer, wo alles Notwendige vorhanden war, das Bett war sehr bequem, das Zimmer gemütlich geheizt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum war leider komplett ungeheizt, mehr als 15 Grad waren es sicher nicht, obwohl das Frühstück gut und ausreichend war, konnte ich es daher überhaupt nicht genießen, habe sehr gefroren.
