Poprawnie.
Pros:

Obsługa bardzo uprzejma i sympatyczna. Hotel wymaga już remontu, wszystko stare, jednak czyste. Polecam na krótki pobyt.

Grauenhaft-keine drei Sterne wert.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut und ruhig, man ist schnell bei der U-Bahn Station. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig.

Cons:

Bei Betreten der in die Jahre gekommenen Unterkunft nimmt man sofort den Geruch von kaltem Zigarettenrauch wahr. Außerdem bestehen die Zimmer wie auch der Eingangsbereich aus alten teils kaputten Möbeln. Die Beleuchtung im Hauptflur zu den Zimmer wie auch in den Zimmern selbst funktioniert teilweise garnicht. Fenster und Balkontüren sind undicht bzw. es fehlen auch Dichtungen. Zudem waren in den Fenstern eine Vielzahl toter Käfer. Die ausgestellten Fotos des Hotels hier bei Booking entsprechen nicht der Realität. Was für mich persönlich schon an Betrug grenzt. Die beschriebene Ausstattung wie z.B. ein Föhn war nicht enthalten. Wenn man sein Zimmer betritt springt einem sofort ein unangenehm süßlicher Geruch entgegen, der selbst durch ständiges Lüften nicht weg geht. Das Duschen war durch verstopfte Abflüsse auch nicht sonderlich angenehm. Wie dieses Hotel 3 Sterne bekommen hat, ist mir es Rätsel. Die Zimmer haben ihre beste Zeit hinter sich, sie sind einfach fertig. Siehe Fotos… leider kann ich nur vier Fotos hochladen, hätte allerdings noch einige mehr.

Чистая постель, полотенца, душевая, умывальник. Прикольный минимализм. Как для одного, места норм.

Слышимость бегущей воды. И ещё невозможности приготовить для себя, что-нибудь.
