Pros:

Ystävällinen henkilökunta, joka reagoi nopeasti ja kohteliaasti. Loistava sijainti lähellä metroa ja raitiovaunua / bussilinjoja, kävelymatkan päässä St. Stephansin tuomiokirkosta. Lentokenttäbussi tuli ihan viereen. Aamiainen riittävän monipuolinen ja maukas.

Cons:

Hissi pieni ja tosi hidas. Huone ja kylpyhuone myös aika pieniä, kuten koko hotelli. Meillä oli näkymä takapihalle eli käytännössä toisen talon seinään. Siivoamisen tasossa parannettavaa, ovien ja pöytien takaa löytyi paljon pölyä. Äänieristys ei kovin hyvä ja ilmastointi vinkui (korvatulpat auttoi asiaan).
Aulabaaria tms. oleskelutilaa ei ollut ja respakin ahtaassa käytävässä. Ei ollut ihan halpa tasoonsa nähden, mutta voisin mennä uudestaan, koska tarkoitus ei ollut viettää aikaa hotellissa vaan kaupungilla. Toimi hyvänä tukikohtana.

Sehr freundlich am Empfang. Gute Lage. Frühstück adäquat.

Cons:

Zimmer wird offenbar nicht jeden Tag geputzt. Man hat uns nur frische Handtücher gegeben und das erst auf Nachfrage.

Die Lage des Hotels (Ankeruhr quasi gleich um die Ecke - Stephansdom an paar Gehminuten) war für mich einfach nur perfekt und das Frühstück ist echt a Wahnsinn!!

Hôtel très bien situé, a proximité de tout dans la ville. Très propre et très calme.
Manquent : frigidaire et surtout des chaînes TV françaises.
