Pros:

The staff was super kind and helpful and that is quite rare nowadays. I really appreciated it.
I loved breakfast too! a rich buffet with a lactose free milk available too.
The room was perfect, very big and silent.

Nel complesso la struttura è pulita ed accogliente. Ci siamo trovati bene.
Pros:

Comoda posizione, centrale, si raggiunge il centro a piedi in una decina di minuti. Stanza nel complesso confortevole e pulita.

从零层到一楼正门传统维也纳楼梯，所以有机会在没有大行李的时候还会再住。

温馨，员工友好，有种类似家庭旅馆的亲切氛围感。
地理位置好
家俱古典氛围，很漂亮的房间。

Cons:

我住的屋子里有一个吊灯灯泡有频闪，时而亮时而灭，不太舒服。一楼并不隔音，人来人往走廊里比较吵。

Pros:

Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunde besetzt und Zuständigen unfassbar nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und es ist eine ideale Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden:)

Staff lovely, room comfortable and stylish. Location 10/10! Highly recommend

The room was comfortable, large and stylish. The staff were all so lovely and kind! And the location could not have been better - so glad we stayed here. Would recommend and would definitely come again
