AGRADABLE PERO MEJORABLE
Pros:

En general, la estancia ha sido positiva. El hotel es moderno y tranquilo, y el trato del personal es correcto, educado y atento. La calidad del desayuno es muy buena y el restaurante que probamos ofreció una experiencia satisfactoria.

Cons:

Algunos aspectos del servicio podrían mejorarse. Solicité una factura que nunca recibí por correo electrónico y la cuenta tuvo que ser revisada en varias ocasiones, lo que generó cierta incomodidad.

El concepto de desayuno a la carta, aunque de calidad, no resulta práctico para viajes de negocios debido a los tiempos de espera.

Asimismo, la ubicación de la recepción en la cuarta planta no es cómoda, especialmente cuando se viaja con equipaje.

tres bon acceuil, tres bonnes prestations, situé dans un quartier calme, c'est une étape parfaite !
Pros:

nous avons été surclassé dans une chambre avec une immense terrasse.
l'hotel est récent et parfaitement équipé.

Cons:

le service du petit déjeuner qui est parfois un peu long

Pros:

Colazione : nel menù ci sono molte scelte e i prodotti di sono qualità, i piatti sono una gioia sia per gli occhi che per il palato!
Camere: molto confortevoli e ben arredate con arredi moderni e tecnologici. Si dorme benissimo.
Plus presenza di ciotola e materassino per il cane che può seguirti in ogni spazio dell'hotel.
Vicinissimo alla stazione (si raggiunge il centro di Vienna con treno della OBB in 25 minuti ) vicinissimo all' hotel
È presente un centro commerciale che dista meno di 3 minuti a piedi.
La struttura mette a disposizione a pagmento un garage sotterraneo.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist ganz neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Besonders in den Zimmern fühlt man sich sehr wohl! Das Restaurant Wilma ist auch von außerhalb gut besucht und wird von Anfang an offenbar im Umfeld gut angenommen! Daraus ergibt sich eine schöne Atmosphäre!

Cons:

Der Aufzug war leider bei der Anreise defekt und die Rezeption ist im Restaurant im Dachgeschoss. Also musste das Gepäck erst einmal unbeaufsichtigt unten bleiben und der Weg ganz nach oben gemacht werden. Auch, dass die Rezeption quasi nur ein Laptop auf einem Restaurant-Tisch ist, ist doch sehr ungewöhnlich, funktioniert aber gut.

Qualität hat Tradition
Pros:

Extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, tolle Zimmer.

Cons:

Der Restaurantbetrieb für die Öffentlichkeit oberhalb der Zimmer bringt Unruhe. Wartezeiten am Lift, verirrte Restaurantgäste die gerade direkt vor der Zimmertür laut telefonieren, Restaurantgerüche bis ins Zimmer, Lärm vor dem Haus, Menschengruppen die den Zugang zum Hotel blockieren der gleichzeitig auch Zugang zu dem Restaurant ist.

Hotel mit Wohlfühl Effekt
Pros:

Waren schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel da war es noch nicht umgebaut , jetzt im neuem Hotel hat es uns sehr gut gefallen , kommen sicher wieder
