Trip to Vienna
Pros:

Great location, close to U1, U2 metro and trains. Away from busy roads so little street noise. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of choice for breakfast and food was plentiful.

Cons:

All interiors in Vienna seemed to be very warm, 23, 24 degrees. We left the heating off and windows open throughout our stay.

Pros:

Soba lepa, velika, čista. Osebje prijazno. Ker sva zapustila hotel ob štirih zjutraj so nama pripravili zajtrk za zraven, ki naju je pričakal na recepciji.

Cons:

Ne moreš parkirat na cesti. Hotel ima sicer svojo garažo, ki pa je plačljiva.

Das Frühstück war ganz außergewöhnlich mit sehr hochwertigen Bio-Produkten, und gesundem Obst und Körner aller Art. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist hervorragend. In etwa 15 Minuten ist man (inkl. kurzem Fußweg zur U-Bahnstation und Fahrt) am Stefansplatz, also mitten im Zentrum. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich der Prater zum Vergnügen oder Erholen, sowie zahlreiche Restaurants. Wir bekamen als kostenloses Zimmerupgrade anstelle von zwei Einzelzimmern, zwei sehr große Dreibettzimmer. Wirklich sehr komfortabel!

I had a very pleasant experience with this hotel. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and reasonable, especially when it came to accommodating our request to postpone the reservation dates. Their understanding and flexibility made the situation much easier for us, and the communication throughout was professional and friendly.

It is clear that they truly care about their guests and aim to provide a positive experience. I greatly appreciate their support and would gladly recommend this hotel to others. I would also be happy to stay here again in the future.
