Staff magnifico e giardino strepitoso. Accogliente e a due passi dalla metro.
Pros:

Hotel molto bello e tenuto veramente benissimo. Lo staff è stato semplicemente magnifico, ho chiesto di poter avere una camera con bidet (chi viaggia fuori dall'Italia sanno che non è una cosa banale, personalmente è importantissimo) e si sono prodigati per assegnarmi una camera che lo avesse (fortuna era disponibile). Pulizia impeccabile.
Hotel veramente a 2 passi dalla metro con possibilità di spostarsi ovunque in una decina di minuti.
Zona tranquillissima, mai sentiti schiamazzi e ancor di meno sentiti in pericolo: si può passeggiare nella zona dell'hotel alle 2 di notte con la stessa tranquillità dell'ora di punta.
Il bar dell'hotel è molto bello e aperto fino a tardi.
Purtroppo siamo rimasti troppo poco per goderci tutta la comodità dell'hotel, in particolare il giardino che è a dir poco strepitoso. Considerando l'ubicazione dell'hotel si può considerare il giardino una vera e propria oasi. Se avete del lavoro da sbrigare o volete pianificare qualche tappa del viaggio vi potete sedere nei divani in giardino, rischiate di rimanerci delle ore.
Un abbraccio personale allo staff che si occupa della colazione che è stato sempre molto cortese nel servirci gli espresso, salvo poi abbiamo capito solo l'ultimo giorno che c'era la zona caffetteria ottimamente attrezzata per potersi servire in autonomia.

Cons:

Più un suggerimento che una critica: colazione ricca e ottima, anche se qualche dolce tradizionale viennese sarebbe stata la ciliegina sulla torta.

Il letto era comodo ma il piumino fornito per coprirsi era un po' troppo pesante. Sicuramente eccezionale fino a aprile-maggio, ma per agosto sarebbero state sufficienti 2 lenzuola più leggere.

We stayed for one night in a family room. Couldn't get a reply on-line but on spot, they've accepted to include another young child (5yo) with additional charge of 15 euro. We received extra towels on the spot.
We stayed over a weekend - so parking on the street was free of charge.
Great breakfast, location and very welcoming and hospitable staff. Thank you for a great (short) Wien experience!

Cons:

Tried to inquire on-line prior to order, and didn't get a reply (Again, got great treatment once we got there).

Excellent location for visiting Vienna by public transport or by foot, with own underground parking, and very good breakfast selection. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will come again.

Cons:

- Veličina sobe za Deluxe klasu je tijesna
- Čistoća sobe - može puno bolje.
- Manjak toalet papira, manjak sapuna za ruke
- Ne nude ogrtače niti jednokratne papuče
- Doručak - može biti bogatiji izbor namaza i slično
- Garaža - skupa doplata za goste (ok bi bila cijena da je korisnik netko tko nije gost hotela)
