Der begrünte Innenhof mit vielen verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten und den Bienenstöcken auf dem Zwischendach sind für ein Innenstadthotel schon sehr ansprechend

Cons:

Der Innenhof könnte etwas gepflegter sein - schmutzige Bodenfliesen, Laub noch vom Vorjahr und teils schmutzige Sitzpolster - schade, da sonst sehr ansprechend und gerade im Sommer schattig und nicht so heiß
Das Zimmer war im obersten Stockwerk mit Terasse - hier wäre eine Klimaanlage im Sommer nicht verkehrt, da hilft auch der Standventilator nicht viel

Sympathisches kleines Stadthotel
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr gepflegt, das Personal äußert zuvorkommend, Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich und fehlendes wurde sofort aufgefüllt, die Tiefgarage direkt gegenüber war ausschließlich für Hotelgäste und Dauerparker und stets versperrt, der in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichnde Westbahnhof (mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften) war ideal um in alle Richtungen mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu fahren, viele liebevolle Einrichtungsdetails

Der Preis für Gäste mit 24€/Tag für die Garage fanden wir schon happig

Vor Jahren waren wir schon einmal in diesem Hotel, das inzwischen den Besitzer gewechselt hat. Das
Personal ist wie früher sehr freundlich. An
Betten, Lage und Frühstück gibt es nichts zu kritisieren.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir nun ein "neu" gestaltetes Zimmer mit einem sehr engen Sanitärbereich, kein Haltegriff in der Dusche. Eingespart wurde der Kühlschrank im Zimmer, Medikament musste zur Rezeption gebracht werden, um dort gekühlt zu werden.
Die Reinigung muss man nun einen Tag vorher anmelden.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war wirklich super. Wir waren positiv von der Auswahl überrascht und es gab sogar viele vegane Alternativen, inkl. einem Kaffeevollautomaten, der nur mit Hafermilch bestückt war. Also auch toll für alle, die sich entsprechend ernähren. Das Personal ist super freundlich und die Zimmer geräumig und ruhig.

Cons:

Die Raucherterrasse ist direkt unterhalb der größeren familientauglichen Zimmer - je nach Wind kann das sehr ungünstig sein.

Für Stadterkunder:innen, die Frühstück und Lage schätzen!
Pros:

Das Boutiquehotel hatte für mich ein sehr einfaches Zimmer, indem ich alles fand was ich brauchte. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und der Innenhof mit den vielen grünen Pflanzen machte es besonders. Ich habe die nahe Lage zum Westbahnhof und Ruhe sehr geschätzt. Beim Check-in gab es Unstimmigkeiten beim Personal, aber beim Frühstück und auch die Reinigungskraft am Zimmer waren mega aufmerksam, freundlich und motiviert.

Cons:

Nachdem die Zimmer sehr einfach gehalten sind, würde bei einem noch höheren Preis das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für mich persönlich nichtmehr stimmen. Da bräuchte es dann ein hübsches Bad, das nicht nur praktisch ist.
