Das Hotel ist nicht weit vom Westbahnhof entfernt und mit Strassenbahn und Bussen gut erschlossen.
Die Nasszelle im Zimmer ist etwas speziell/gewöhnungsbedürftig

למרות בקשה לניקיון החדר היו ימים שלא ניקו את החדר לא החליפו כוסות ולא פינו אשפה. קיבלנו את החדר מאוחר.
קצת יותר גיוון בארוחת בוקר לא היה מזיק
חבל מלון ממש יפה ומןשקע אבל נראה שאין שם מישהו אחראי שיתן תשובות
Das Hotel ist eine außergewöhnliche Oase in Wien. Wunderbare Zimmer, bester Empfang, sympathisches Personal und gute Verkehrsanbindung. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der grüne Innenhof, in dem wir gerne ein Glas Wein genossen haben.
Wir kommen seit Jahren in dieser Wiener Hotel und werden hoffentlich bald wieder zurück sein.

Very good breakfast, quiet room, comfortable beds, slept very well.
Not much daylight could get in the room, but we were out in the city most of the time.
