I would stay here again when coming to Vienna.

Highly recommended!
Pros:

This is the second time we sleep in this hotel. Great location on the Maria with soundproofing windows. Comfortable beds. And the main thing is the service and humanity of the staff and management. We had a personal issue and they were very supportive and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing. It was wonderful.

Pros:

A great hotel, just a short walk to the Neubaugasse station (U3), which will take you to the center in 5 minutes. It's also located in a shopping street, so there's a lot of shops and restaurants around. The room was spacious and clean, one of the nicest ones I've seen in Europe.

I wasn’t able to sleep well because the light from the neighboring property came through the window. The property is separated only by a glass window with a transparent curtain, which was very disappointing.The photo attached took at 1 -AM.
