Pros:

The hotel and the rooms were very clean, modern, and well maintained. The reception staff was also extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

What disappointed us greatly, however, was the handling of dietary requests. More than a week before our arrival, we informed the hotel via the Booking.com chat that one person in our group follows a vegan diet. Unfortunately, we never received any reply to this message.

When checking in, we brought up the topic again and were told that the restaurant would be informed. The next morning, however, there were no vegan breakfast alternatives available. Later, the restaurant manager came to our table, asked what could be prepared for a vegan guest, and we had a very pleasant conversation. Therefore, we assumed there would at least be one or two vegan options available the following day — sadly, this was not the case.

This hotel actually deserves 10 stars for cleanliness, comfort, and the friendliness of the staff. Unfortunately, guest requests do not seem to be taken seriously. Had we received a reply to our original message, we would either have booked without breakfast or simply used the free cancellation option.

A real shame, because otherwise the stay was excellent.

Excellent pied à terre pour cette ville.
Pros:

Personnel très professionel et sympatique, chambre confortable avec terasse, piscine extraordinaire, bon petit déjeuner, proximité des sites de Terragone et de la plage (10 minutes à pied dans les deux cas). Mon nouveau choix pour Terragone!

Cons:

Parking privé un peu étroit mais typique pour Europe (et en supplément).

A great find and a definí choice to revisit
Pros:

Great location to historic town. We enjoyed a lovely big and clean

Hyvällä sijainnilla, kiva hotelli.
Pros:

Siisti, melko uusi ja hyvällä sijainnilla oleva hotelli. Hyvä aamiainen. Autolle maksullinen autopaikka, joka on hyvä varata etukäteen.

Cons:

Kylpyhuoneen pesualtaassa tukkeutui ja se avattiin vasta 14 h ilmoituksen jälkeen. Vaikeutti asumista.

Perfecte com cada cop que ens allotgem per això fa anys que repetim! Les habitacions espaioses i modernes. Els llits molt comodes! Les instal.lacions netes i ben cuidades. L'esmorzar de bona qualitat i ben variat!

We'd stay again
Pros:

Being a 10 minute walk away from the main area was no problem. Secure underground parking was a big bonus. Hotel was spotless, restaurant sensible - not too expensive and nothing fancy. Breakfast was good value for money.

Cons:

Air con didn't work and was noisy anyway. Apparently it's a central air con but it was switched off.

Muy bien la piscina y buenos salones y zonas para estar. Muy limpio todo.

Cons:

El desayuno un poco por debajo de mis expectativas. El hotel está bien situado pero no hay restaurantes cerca.
