Pros:

We stayed at Hotel Cristal Quality Reus for 3 nights as part of a mystery holiday package and overall had a very positive experience.

For a 3-star hotel, the rooms were exceptionally clean and well-presented. All bedding and towels were fresh and clean on arrival, and we had no complaints about the room throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful when needed.

The location is excellent for getting around. There are bus stops right outside the hotel and the train station is just a short walk away, making it easy to travel to and from the hotel and explore the surrounding area also there is a supermarket and McDonald’s just across the road from the hotel which is super convenient.

The only downside was the traffic noise from the busy road outside. Our first night’s sleep was disrupted because of this. However, after purchasing earplugs in Barcelona, we slept very well for the remaining two nights. I’d recommend bringing earplugs with you.

Overall, this is a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel with helpful staff. We would happily stay here again and feel it offers good value for a 3-star hotel.

La mejor calidad/precio y gran ubicación para ir a la playa de Salou o Port aventura
Pros:

Todo estaba super limpio y el servicio era muy bueno. Por este precio tan barato no se puede encontrar nada mejor.

Cons:

La experiencia fue generalmente buena, pero una cosa que se podría mejorar es poner ventanas que aislen el ruido de fuera. Ya que el hotel está ubicado delante de una carretera en la que los coches pasan rápido, hacen bastante ruido. Para mí no fue un problema porque puedo dormir con estos ruidos pero entiendo que a otra gente le moleste.

C’était une nuit car notre depart était tôt le matin mais nous aurions dû restant dans notre chambre d’hôte à 40 minutes

Odeur de cigarette dans les couloirs et la chambre - c’est un hôtel pour ouvriers du bâtiments - très bruyant jusque 1 h du matin les portes qui claquent
