Le personnel est très accueillant. Le message explicatif avant l'arrivée donne toutes les précisions utiles lors du séjour. Dans le hall, eau, thé (café ?) 24/24, avec bonbons et biscuits au chocolat. Par ailleurs, gel douche et shampooing sont à disposition à l'accueil pour éviter le gaspillage. La proposition pour le petit déjeuner est très correcte.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très pratique avec des lignes de tram devant la porte ou au coin de la rue.
Salle de bains partagée avec les occupants d'une autre chambre, c'est gérable.
Un ventilateur dans la chambre.

Cons:

L'isolation phonique n'est pas optimale, le plancher grince, les portes claquent, les murs ne sont pas très épais, on entend bien les voisins de palier et du dessus.
Les matelas à ressorts sont trop mous à mon goût..

La comodità rispetto ai mezzi di trasporto, è collegata molto bene.
La reception ha un orario molto ampio e la sala comune al piano terra è a disposizione per rilassarsi

Hotel bereikbaar via trap, geen airco, lekker ontbijt , goede ontvangst en propere kamer en badkamer
Pros:

De ontvangst aan de receptie was heel ok, korte maar duidelijke uitleg over het hotel en zijn werking.

Cons:

Onze kamer was op de 4de verdieping (we hadden wel een rustige kamer gevraagd), maar er was geen lift. De treden waren ook héél smal, dus niet gemakkelijk om met de koffers te manoeuvreren. Bij de hitte was het dus extra zweten en dit ook op de kamer, waar géén airco was. Er stond wel een fan, maar die kon de hitte op de kamer niet de baas. Met het raam open slapen was ook geen optie, gezien de muggen en het lawaai van de trams tot in de nacht.

Immer wieder gerne
Pros:

Immer wieder schön, dort zu sein. Das neue Personal ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, vor allem wenn man so oft in diesem Hotel war, aber auch daran gewöhnt man sich. :)
Ich selber habe noch nie Bettwanzen erlebt, bin seit 2015 regelmäßig in diesem Hotel.

excelente ubicacion, a 15 min a pie de plaza Dam, y transporte publico a uns metros.
Bastante limpio.
Personal amable

el baño pequeño. La ducha al mismo nivel que el vater.
