Nothing

Card machine wouldnt work had to go out to get cash.
La posizione
Colazione scarsa, troppe cose a pagamento
Breakfast
Over expensive as per the standard
Staff friendly for the most part
Lovely town
Food was mainly good
All decor is too beige and dated
Lighting throughout hotel is poor
Beds old and small eg double bed
Insufficient furniture in rooms
All very dated
Food has been better on past visits
Very comfortable room , very clean, nice linen.
Only 1 set of towels in the room on arrival, which was sorted very quickly by the staff.
We booked a table in the restaurant, and after being shown to our table by a lady who seemed harassed we felt a little ignored.
A couple sat at the next table after we sat down, but were served before us and the guy that took their order just ignored us, and it took nearly 10 minutes for someone to come and take our order.
Colazione incredibile
The public bar was very good. Location to Inverness and attractions was very good.
No fridge in room to store medications. No safe in room for passport and valuables.
Touring around Scotland and booking as we went. This stop off was lovely. Parked outside the Hotel. Checked in. Upstairs to our room which overlooked the main street. Nice to have a table and 2 chairs in the room. Room, beds, and bathroom clean and tidy. Good sized room too, which was great even though we were only staying one night. We looked for places to stay with a restaurant on site, and had booked in advance. Great selection of dishes. Staff were friendly. We paid for breakfast which was lovely. Choice of cereals, fruit, juice, pastries and then a menu for cooked items. Had a lovely walk around Beauly. Went down by the river and had a walk around the Abbey. Went back into the hotel for lunch and they kindly swapped out the ham for chicken on my salad. Lovely, friendly staff and a great place for us on our travells.
There wasn't anything I didn't like about our stay.
