Fabulous hotel in a great location
Pros:

Great looking property in a fab location in Great Broughton. It’s been a long time since I’ve visited Wainstones but the refurb is excellent and the whole place is very welcoming. Plenty of safe car parking, the staff were all excellent and very helpful. Breakfasts were excellent and we had a lovely dinner there on our second evening. Will definitely be visiting again.

Cons:

No issues

Lovely gem of a hotel in a beautiful location. Excellent value. Cafe on site is a treat too.
Pros:

The refurb is beautiful - really tasteful and very comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were super friendly and kind.

Cons:

The wifi kept dropping out, which was unhelpful for a biz call I needed to do. But I don't rate a hotel on it's wifi!

Missing food items.
Pros:

Visited many times, when just opened it was spot on. Lately the Chef seems to have menu amnesia, previous visit they forgot the fried egg, this visit they forgot the ham in the croque. Sure both times the bill was reduced ,but that's not the point is it?. The bread in party in the mouth changed from sourdough to just normal bread?.Then finally they tried to charge us for a full bottle of presseco when my wife had one glass!!. Check what you ordered is what you are getting and the bill.

A fantastic hotel providing a lovely service
Pros:

The hotel is lovely and totally refurbished to a very high standard. High quality beds with great bedding, clean room and lovely bathroom. Fresh milk provided for the room coffee/tea. Also, the breakfast was outstanding, probably one the best ever with locally sourced high quality ingredients, along with great coffee and "proper" freshly squeezed orange juice. Clearly there has been a lot of attention given to this hotel

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was faultless

Very smart update from when I last stayed and very convenient for visiting relatives in Stokesley.
Pros:

Breakfasts and service very good. Very good selection of breakfast food. Bed extremely comfortable.

Cons:

The perfumed jar of scented sticks in my room gave me slightly allergic reaction, made me cough and irritated nose. I moved them first to the bathroom but still had problems so I put them outside my room door. I would prefer no scented material present.
