Pros:

Largish hotel in a beautiful setting. Staff couldn't have done more to be helpful. I was picked up on my way to the hotel, wet and tired, The receptionist offered to buy some food for my dog when she finished her shift. My room was large and comfy. A lovely hotel.

An outstanding stay at the Wainstones Hotel. I would highly recommend it.
Pros:

Newly refurbished, beautifully designed. Attention to detail. Plenty of staff. More British hotels should be like this. Attentive service. Attached coffee bar.

Breakfast very good. Car parking excellent.

Cons:

Provide inntructions for the air conditioning and the heated towel rail. Plug in the bathroom sink did not work. No anti slip mat for the bath.

Fabulous place to stay , super friendly and beautiful decor. Loved it.
Pros:

Wainstones is a fabulous place to stay, the staff are all super attentive and very kind.
The decor was lovely and the location is great too.

Cons:

Our only comment would be that the bed was too small for us , BUT we do have an enormous bed at home so others may find the bed absolutely fine.

Great food and service in a beautifully refurbished hotel.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and we really liked the decor and ambience of the hotel.
