Pros:

Posizione fantastica a 5 min dalla piazza principale. Comodo il parcheggio e staff molto gentile. Migliorerei un pochino la colazione perché non è tanto varia e quando terminano i prodotti non vengono repentinamente sostituiti.

Hotel was ok but out overall experience of Cognac means we won’t be rushing back

La gentillesse de certain employés

Cons:

Chauffage à 24,5 dans les chambres, impossibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre. Malgré que nous ayons demandé que le chauffage soit stoppé. Pas de modification. Devoir ouvrir un fenêtre si c'est possible est une aberration sur une rue très passante.

Une halte à Cognac dans cet hôtel très accueillant avec une belle décoration. Nuit agréable .
Pros:

Situation de l'hôtel très bien en centre proche des commerces. Très bien isolée phoniquement. Un bel accueil et les chambres sont très spacieuses. Petit déjeuner copieux très diversifié.

Cons:

Pas de retours négatifs en particulier pendant le séjour.
