Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé.

Cons:

Le bruit. Le personnel de l'hôtel est bruyant. La chambre était située à proximité de l'escalier menant au hall d'accueil, escalier qui fait caisse de résonnance. Le matin réveil en fanfare avec (selon la réceptionniste) une cliente qui parlait très fort. Nous ne renouvellerons pas l'expérience en raison du bruit. Le coût du petit déjeuner de 12 euros par personne est excessif -il est équivalent à ce que propose un ibis budget ! sauf qu'eux le facture à 8 euros !

Pros:

Emplacement tout proche de la plage

Cons:

Isolation phonique très insuffisante à l'intérieur de l'hotel. les bruits de clés et de portes, ainsi que les commentaires des clients peu polis étant trop présents pendant les nuits

La ubicación, la vista y el tamaño de l habitación

Cons:

Reserve dos habitaciones. La numero 6 en el no tenía wifi y no se pudo solucionar durante nuestra estadía.
La segunda habitación , si tenía WiFi. Solo que esa habitación, la ducha no tiene ni mampara ni cortina. O sea que el agua de la ducha moja todo el piso del cuarto de baño . Parece una habitación para silla de rueda, pero no nos avisaron por adelantado para que pudiéramos decidir si la queríamos o no. Fue incómodo a pesar del lampazo que dejan para que el huésped escurra el agua.
No se pudo cambiar a otra habitación.

Overall excellent 3 night stay and very friendly staff!
Pros:

The location was excellent and the rooms were clean.

Cons:

You have to hand over your key at the front desk when you leave the building and upon your return you just tell them your room number and they hand it over. For security reasons I would prefer they adapt their protocol to check IDs before handing over room keys. Luckily there was a safe in the room so we kept our valuables in there for peace of mind.

Morgenmad var bake-off, og der var kun få siddepladser. Selve opholdet, hotellet og personalet var ok. Værelset var også
Pros:

Beliggenheden. God beliggenhed for enden af Strandpromenaden og ca. 20 min. gang til centrum

Cons:

Manglende plads til tøj. Der var 3 børnebøjler og 1 buksebøjle. Meget lidt fralægningsplads, så tøj måtte være i kufferterne

Unbelievable value for a beachfront property,
Pros:

Our room was ocean front, just acoss the street from the beach. The mattress was very comfortable. The owner himself helped us get our luggage to our room. The value received for the money paid couldn't be beat. Parking was available for only 10 Euros per night. The hotel is very close to the Nice Airport and a great place to crash after a long-haul fliight from the United States.

Cons:

We liked absolutely everything about this property. Of course we could have booked a nicer property for two to three times more money. But we are budget travelers, and the hotel was very satisfactory for our style of travel.

Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, è vicinissimo al mare. Le dimensioni della camera sono accettabili. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione quindi non posso dare un giudizio. E' possibile parcheggiare l'auto nel loro cortile interno a 10 € al giorno.
Lo staff è molto gentile.

Cons:

Le camere non sono ben insonorizzate e questo è un po' un peccato. In camera mancava l'asciugamano per le mani, ma lo staff ce lo ha prontamente fornito.

Tout était parfait : l’emplacement, le personnel ainsi que la chambre.

Cons:

Nous avons eu une chambre dont le lavabo de la salle de bain était bouché. Nous avons signalé plusieurs fois à la réception mais rien n’a été fait.
Dommage.
