Magical introduction to the south of France!
Pros:

The infinity pool!! Absolutely amazing! 10 meters of stainless steel perfection!! The water is warm and clear and you can open your eyes under water ! The staff was so pleasant and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome!! The rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. Very eclectic mix of design styles but somehow it just worked! Restaurant was very delicious, we had a great dinner here. Convenient to drive into town or to local wineries: you do need a car though, theres no place to walk around the property and no other restaurants nearby.

Cons:

A bit far from the center of Perpignan so if you’re planning to walk into town, this will be a little far. Suggest bringing a car! But we loved that it was outside town because it felt like a lovely escape and the grounds are wonderful.

Very stylish 4 star hotel. Côté d’Azur vibe in abundance.
Pros:

Great location on the outskirts of Perpignan. The hotel is beautifully decorated. Very comfortable room. Wonderful bed and bathroom. Balcony with pool view. All mod cons. Great nights sleep.
Nice poolside restaurant and bar. Very helpful and attentive staff. Buffet breakfast.
Great onsite parking very secure.
I shall return. Thank you.

Nous avons été très déçus par notre séjour dans cet établissement soi-disant 4 étoiles.
Nous avons dormi dans une chambre où se trouvaient des nids de guêpes à proximité immédiate dans la salle de bain, créant une situation particulièrement inquiétante et inconfortable. Nous avons failli nous faire piquer à plusieurs reprises, ce qui est difficilement acceptable, surtout dans un établissement de ce standing.
Le plus regrettable reste toutefois la manière dont notre signalement a été traité. Lorsque nous avons expliqué la situation à la réception, nous espérions être écoutés avec sérieux et bénéficier d’un minimum d’empathie. Au lieu de cela, la jeune femme présente à l’accueil s’est montrée particulièrement désagréable et hautaine. Elle nous a répondu que « cela pouvait arriver » et que, si nous le souhaitions, nous pouvions avoir « une chambre sans guêpes ». Cette remarque, qui se voulait peut-être humoristique, nous a semblé totalement déplacée, provocatrice et irrespectueuse compte tenu du risque encouru et de notre mécontentement légitime.
Il est particulièrement décevant de constater un tel manque de considération dans un établissement affichant 4 étoiles et facturant près de 150 € la nuit. À ce niveau de prestation, nous nous attendions non seulement à des conditions d’hébergement irréprochables, mais également à un accueil professionnel et à une prise en charge sérieuse de nos préoccupations.
Avec quelques explications, des excuses sincères et davantage d’empathie, cette situation aurait pu être gérée de manière bien plus satisfaisante. Malheureusement, nous repartons avec une très mauvaise impression et le sentiment que notre sécurité et notre confort n’étaient pas une priorité.
Nous sommes donc extrêmement déçus par cette expérience et ne considérons pas que le rapport qualité-prix soit à la hauteur des standards annoncés
