Cons:

Pas d'accueil ! Arrivés à l'hotel Astor le 27 juillet 2026 à 17 h, nous avons trouvé porte close !! Le numéro de téléphone de l'hôtel ne répondait pas et impossible de joindre Booking !! Nous avons été obligés de chercher un autre hébergement et quitter Pise plus tôt que prévu. Nous vous signalons que deux nuits ont été payées!!!!

C'est proche des lieux touristiques et il y a la clim

Nous étions 5 et il n'y avait que 3 lits. Le matériel était défaillant, il y avait une latte cassé du lit superposé du lit supérieur , la tringle a rideaux était cassé et la cuvette bougeait dans tout les sens , petite salle de bain et en plus de ça pas de porte de douche et la propreté du lieu n'est pas acceptable , à mon arrivée il y avait plein de fourmis sur un petit bout d'aliment qui avait moisi et les lampes au dessus du lit ne marchent pas du tout , et pas d'accueil a part le matin pour pouvoir payer la taxe (hotel fantôme) je suis très déçu de cet hotel.

Hotel Astor Pisa Review — My experience at Hotel Astor was extremely serious and represents a real danger for any guest. On August 1st, 2026, around 8:00 AM, I was robbed inside the hotel, in rooms 116, 115, and 110. The criminal had the master key, meaning he could access every room without restriction.

What is most shocking is that the hotel did nothing. As a guest, I had to physically restrain the thief myself and call the police. Despite the report, two hours later, while my family and I were at the reception, the same criminal returned to the hotel and was seen speaking with the staff, as if nothing had happened.

At that moment, we decided to leave the hotel due to the complete lack of safety, especially since we were traveling with three minors. The hotel failed to protect us, did not respond appropriately to a serious crime, and allowed the thief to walk back into the building.

To this day, neither Hotel Astor nor Booking has refunded the money for a stay we could not enjoy or use because of this traumatic incident.

This hotel is unsafe, negligent, and shows an alarming level of complicity with the crimes committed on its premises. Absolutely not recommended.

Recensione Hotel Astor Pisa — La mia esperienza presso l’Hotel Astor è stata estremamente grave e rappresenta un vero pericolo per qualsiasi ospite. Il 01/08/2026, verso le 08:00, sono stato derubato all’interno dell’hotel, nelle camere 116, 115 e 110. Il ladro aveva la chiave maestra, che gli permetteva di accedere a tutte le camere senza alcun controllo.

La cosa più scioccante è che l’hotel non è intervenuto. Come cliente, ho dovuto bloccare personalmente il ladro e chiamare la polizia. Nonostante la denuncia, due ore dopo, mentre la mia famiglia ed io eravamo alla reception, lo stesso delinquente è tornato nell’hotel ed è stato visto parlare con il personale, come se nulla fosse accaduto.

A quel punto abbiamo deciso di lasciare l’hotel per la totale mancanza di sicurezza, soprattutto viaggiando con tre minori. L’hotel non ha garantito la nostra sicurezza, non ha reagito adeguatamente a un reato grave e ha permesso al ladro di rientrare nell’edificio.

Ad oggi, né l’Hotel Astor né Booking hanno rimborsato il denaro di un soggiorno che non abbiamo potuto utilizzare né godere a causa di questo episodio traumatico.

Questo hotel è insicuro, negligente e mostra un livello allarmante di complicità con i reati avvenuti nelle sue strutture. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

Wenn man genügsam ist und nicht viel Komfort braucht passt es
Pros:

Es liegt wirklich recht zentral-bei langsamen gehen ca 15-20 Minuten zum schiefen Turm
Darauf achten, dass man das Zimmer mit eigenem Bad nimmt-davon gibt es eines im Erdgeschoss
Es gibt keinen Lift in den ersten Stock

Cons:

Es ähnelt ein wenig einer Jugendherberge und Achtung! Es gibt zwar 2 Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel-ABER wer zuerst kommt malt zuerst, dh ein Parkplatz ist nicht wirklich garantiert!!
